I found a hidden gem for stay; aesthetic, cozy and minimalist rooms designed. i'm simply in love with the Japanese architecture. this hotel also have a resto bar in rooftop & it's open until 2am. all staff are very kind & helpful.
i'll comin back here to try another type of room.

I got the City View room and loved the large windows and the spacious room.

The rooftop bar at night was a great experience. One thing to note is that complimentary access with free mocktail is only you to stay for 30 minutes. If you’d like to stay longer, you’ll need to order something. Since it’s also open to the public, you’ll see non-hotel guests there as well.

The staff were friendly.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the tamago sando. However since its not buffet, I honestly felt that the portions for the non-rice dishes were quite small. Since the breakfast is set per room for 2 pax, I ended up having both portions myself, but even then it only felt just enough.. I think adding a small dessert would make it better.

The hotel isn’t located on the main road,but thats a pros for me. There are plenty of affordable local restaurants and food options within walking distance.

Kamar 305, cuma wifi nya bapukkkkkkk unfortunately they have a bad wifi connection, and for breakfast pls provide fresh fruits. Anad btw i left my toiletries bag hopefully they still kept it.

I checked in at 2 PM and only stayed to take a shower because I couldn’t even rest properly. The room and pillows smelled musty, and the room itself looked more like a boarding house than a hotel room.

They require a IDR 150,000 in cash deposit. The only alternative offered was QRIS / Debit but the refund process was 3 days, not effective and inconvenient.

The staff communication was poor and not friendly at all. During check-out, when we raised a complaint about the bad smell in the room, instead of addressing it, they immediately focused on saying they needed to inspect the room first because there would be a penalty if it was dirty. That response was honestly ridiculous and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Despite full prepayment, we were forced to pay a deposit at check-in. Cash-only, or a 3-day refund if paid otherwise. I dont bring cash and they told me to go to the nearby (broken) ATM. Poor communication and indifferent staff attitude. Not to mention the room is really different from the pictures
