Facilities: Well-maintained and updated. Spacious elevators, water dispenser, gym. Laundry room costs extra: 75,000 for wash and dry.
Cleanliness: Carpet has many stains, needs improvement. Found peanuts next to the phone in the room from a previous guest?!? Bathroom has a slight odor. Otherwise, very clean.
Ambiance: Clean, bright, and smells good. Convenient location.
Service: Front desk, restaurant, and security guards provide excellent, proactive, and enthusiastic service with a smile.

This hotel was a great value for its location. Situated in central Jakarta, it is close to a metro station and within walking distance of Grand Indonesia and Monas, making it an excellent choice. Breakfast was decent, and although there was a small issue during my stay, the staff handled it quickly and arranged a room change. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next visit.

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! The location is very strategic..close to Sabang and Sarinah Mall,making it super easy to find great food and explore the area. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making check-in and my overall stay smooth and pleasant. This is a perfect hotel for both business and leisure trips if you want convenience, cleanliness, and good service. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel location , near bus stop line nos.1 & 6A,6B ,and MRT station . Many shops & restaurants are available at this location . Room rates are reasonable with good buffet. Easy to call Grab or GOJEK to the hotel or airport.

I stayed only 1 night but I have to change room 3 times.
Hotel staff first checked me in the room that does not have enough light as the room window is block by highwall of adjacent building. So the room was like at 6 pm at noon time with little lumina and air conditioner has no air flow. Then I requested a room change. Everything looked fine. I went out and come back at 10 pm. Air conditioner was broken. Waiting for fixing half an hour. After fixing, 10 minutes later, it shut down by itself. The hotel will help fixing but I requested room change. This time, a connecting room was assigned for me. After I get in the room for awhile, the connecting room customer knock the connecting door. I felt unsafe. So, I had to request room change again. I finally got my room 11.30 pm

My go to hotel. Service okay. Food was great. Walking distance to big malls and tanah abang.

Very neat and calm place. Only place where I got some good veg options in the Central Jakarta. Quick service and very courteous. Special hour menu available daily between 1 and 3, which is a good option. Very cosy place, yet trendy. Evening hang around is famous there. View from there towards Sarinah is awesome.. Must visit place in Jakarta..

Last night I went to this Pizza Hut with an Indonesian friend of mine for dinner, we were seated at a table that seemed clean , however as soon as I put my hands on the table, i felt like I had my hands on a filter of glue so fealty that I had to go to washroom to wash my hands from elbows down to fingers.
Twice the cleaned with same rags finally we put a lots of tissues on the table, the service was poor and the food came later than normal time, meanwhile the Pepsi sitting on the table and getting flat , I ask them to change it and they did , they were not too happy about it. All I can say I won't eat meal at this branch.

I hate this type of fast food, but it actually saved me... we had some really bad local food 3 days in a row, just had to get something consistent and reliable. Although not the best, did the job
