I stayed here for two nights and had a great overall experience. The service was excellent throughout my stay. It was attentive, warm, and professional. The breakfast was a highlight: not only was it delicious, but the variety was impressive. They really nailed both the local traditional dishes and the international options.

I did have a small mishap during lunch. However, the situation was handled quickly and professionally. The team apologized sincerely and offered complimentary snacks, which I appreciated. Special thanks to Ms. Linda and Mr. Bani for turning the situation around so smoothly.

Very good hotel, worthy of every cent!

thought i’d stay around jaksel this trip and i find that the hotel is value for money. i liked the room and its tcozy king size bed. i think the amenities are just average. gym is really small and treadmill wasn’t working. pool is located right beside the restaurant. the buffet selection is decent and i have to say a lot of the food tasted really salty. iron + board has to be requested and there wasn’t any hair dryer in the room. perhaps more suitabl for families

Luxury-styled room. The cleanliness was top tier. The breakfast was awesome. Smooth check-in and check-out. A very nice place to have a pleasant stay.

The service is top-notch. The staff got to know your by name really well and took a lileing to your interests to prepare your future need. I would go there again. Aziz, the concierge, did a superb job of answering all my questions and always knew what I needed after very few interactions.

The cleanliness, hospitality, and food here are all exceptional. As a vegetarian in Jakarta, finding suitable options can be quite a challenge, but the staff made it feel effortless. Linda was incredibly sweet—she took the time to ask about my dietary needs and arranges for a fresh vegetable salad for me every single day. I felt so well-cared by the entire team. Gr8 spa to rest and relax!

Be careful people. I just had an experience as a foreigner. My vip bill totalled 1milli idr to my luck their credit card machine declined the transaction twice. Security get involved and My place does not accept other currency (usd). I called my bank abroad and they reassurred me that my card was working fine. The fault was in their machine. We tried another machine and presto it worked. I yelled at the counter staff and security especially since they would not let me go to the atm located at the corner. Please be aware. I hope management take this up as anyone in their eye is a con artist. Massage was not worth it and the scrub was worst.
