This is the dirtiest room and hotel I've ever seen, I couldn't even take a picture of the mould all over the bathroom, I was shocked by the bed linen. It's horrible. Even in the lobby there was garbage everywhere. Everything else didn't matter anymore.

Came for a business trip. The checking in was fast. Room was clean and the breakfast spread was excellent. Nothing to complaint. It was an excellent experience. As it a business hotel, no additional facilities was provided. With the price we booked it was value for money.

Seriously Loved This Place! Just checked out and already missing it. The room was super cozy and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast spread was huge with so many yummy options. The staff treated us like royalty. Highly recommended for short trip!

Strategic location and easy to find foods around the hotel. Friendly staffs. The room is clean but not really soundproof and the inernet signal in the room is weak. Very good choise of food for breakfast as the are traditional indonesian and also western foods.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Lots of cafes and culinary street in front of the hotel.

Ok to normal stay but the room isnt that clean. I request for room away from lift but they arranged the room right beside the lift, so it was noisy.

The location is good as it has many foods around the vicinity. However even being the newer Luminor but the cleanliness isn't up to any standards. I was promised some kind of compensation as my 1st night was dampened by a trip MCB in my room for many hours but after meeting with the manager, it went to deaf ears. False promises. Not even a courtesy notice of any kind.
