This is simple hotel, the road access to and from kemang not that convenient, overall acceptable within the hotel. Nice pool and gym.

For smooling room, need to be cleaning more

The room was nice; the deluxe double room felt a bit small, and the decor was a little dated. The staff's attitude was very good, which I was quite happy with. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it's worth recommending.

Good hotel for its price. Not very far from malls service is good and bed is comfortable. However AC isn't cold enough. You can't sleep comfortably in then bed under duvet.

Very comfortable and stylish hotel, the staff are also friendly and polite, when my body hurts, they do not understand if I want a massage, where to ask the employee, I do not have any acquaintances with the massage therapist, I tried to look for him on Google maps, like traditional northern massage tsipet

The bathroom is huge and luxurious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room size spacious and everything works well! Staff: There wasn’t much conversation nor request from us as we are easy travellers

I often come here to stay, when I'm feeling lazy at home. The service is very good and the staff are friendly. The location is strategic, easy access to anywhere. Next time I will definitely come here

Location: Everywhere in Jakarta is busy hence no matter the location it would be busy. From where the hotel is, with jam, its 1 hour to the airport. Cleanliness: The hotel is extremely clean

Only there's some minor things need to improve, in the morning we went to the swimming pool area 7am with my kids and there's already some people there smoking and vapes in the Bar area, don't know if that place is smoking area, i think the hotel need to setup a proper smoking/vapes area not in the swimming pool area because it is outdoor

Executive lounge has some great food and drink in the evening and meant we could try a few dishes, although it wasn't clear from our booking that food was included in the price, so nice bonus

Located in a strategic place in Jakarta, the hotel facilities are really good, from dining, swimming pool etc, one thing the most important is the hotel is just next too the ciputra mall so its very convenient to shop or just to find something to eat there

The staffs are really helpful and polite, no problem at all with the check-in/out process

ask for a grand deluxe room as they are perfect,the bed is so comfortable and shower plenty hot water,all the staff are very keen to assist,I had the pleasure of meeting sales Director Kigunawan and can see why staff so good,nice mall attached to visit

Booked for only 2 nights as a stop over in Jakarta before flying on. Room was decent, only downside being there were only amenities for 1 person despite booking for 2 people

if u want to stay in a hotel with family room and pool available for rent then this is perfect for u. we always stay in this hotel whenever we feel like swimming cause guest can booked the whole pool for an hour or two

Centrally located in Cikini area, close to Gambir train station. Plenty of culinary options in the neighborhood. Room was spacious with necessary amenities provided.

I stayed at Hotel Neo Tendean for 5 nights, and the staff were very friendly and helpful—especially Kak Fadiya at the reception and Kak Yuli for cleaning my room. The room was clean and quite spacious for a single person

One of my fav hotels to stay in south jakarta. Its a 3 star and its location is really strategic. But the pool is almost not swimmable. So do not attempt.

The location is central to business district and walking distance to Epicentrum Mall with sufficient selection of restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket. Room is huge and comfortable.

More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa. On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around

While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue. Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach

And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant. Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business
