Fast check ini, spacious room and nice view! My family was very happy eventhough we only spent one night here for my husband's birthday. Location is great, we drove around PIK area all the way to Holland PIK.

The location is excellent, right in the PIK area, with a mall downstairs which is really convenient. Overall, it's pretty good, though it can get a bit noisy sometimes. The service was great.

Nice hotel, and nice view. Love everything about it. Only thing that can be improve will be the choices of breakfast options. Overall love the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, right above a shopping mall and very close to the airport. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby. However, the room was a bit small and the lighting was a little dim.

The breakfast selection could be improved, and more hot food should be served instead of items that are only semi-hot. The room was generally comfortable, but was slightly dusty particularly on the cupboard

Great location.  Clean room.  Very professional staff.  The room was weirdly dark, even with all light on.      "Having a gym"  is kind of an overstatement.    It has a tiny room with very few equipment. 

Location doesn't seems to be the best fit. Depending where you plan to visit. Service is good but can be better. Pool is so dirty that you does not even want to dip your foot in

The hotel isn't too far from the international airport, about a 35-minute taxi ride. The facilities are quite new, and its location in Chinatown makes it super convenient for Chinese food. Highly recommended!

I always stayed at Mercure Jakarta Kota due to the many foods stalls near by and the service provided by the staffs in this hotel is always the best we can look for.

Right across the street is the old Chinatown, with plenty of Chinese restaurants.

I like the style – vintage and a bit outdated – but everything is perfectly well maintained. The staff are absolutely professional. Beautiful carpets, quiet and pleasant atmosphere

The room is spacious, but the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom is small, and it's hard to adjust the shower water temperature.

The hotel is very clean and nice place to stay. We can visit many places from the hotel and very comfortable to hire car. All of staff are very kind to us.

I face a small problem with the room. in few minutes, the duty manager, Ms Devian S. Coendraad, fix it, plus I got upgrade. 8 I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Everyone from the hotel stuff gives you a welcome feeling

Hotel is near Blok M Shopping mall, train station and night market. You can find local food, cloths and very cozy coffee shops.

I appreciate being with friendly people, and I appreciate everyone from the hotel stuff, especially Ms Devian

This hotel is clean and good. Staff is super friendly and hotel come with 24 hours spa. Super fantastic.

Conveniently located across from Blok M, and the room was clean, which was great.

Had a great time when i stayed at cityloog, specially wkt ada trouble dr pihak ke 3, manager hotel pak kartum very helpful and cooperative, willing to compensate something even if it is not their fault👍 gym ada, swimming pool oke, strategic location, the room maybe need some renov a bit hehe, but overall good place to visit👍

My first stay here for a couple days at the hotel impressed me a lot. The staff were so friendly and their service was excellent. The room is so clean and tidy. Breakfast and Lunch here were so good

Decided to spent New Year's Eve at Cityloog Tebet. I just LOVE the atmosphere, the staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room is just soo clean, nice and tidy

stayed here with my family for new year’s eve and had a great time. the room is clean, neat, and well prepared, which made the experience even better

Everything is nice, except for the modification. Due to a flight delay, I wanted to modify my booking from 2 nights to 1 night. So i sent a modification through Trip I was busy so I didnt think much of it

And i find the swimming pool water a bit cloudy which is unclean

Overall, the service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. A pleasant stay and recommended for travelers visiting the area

At that point, I could get a full refund through Trip. i did not know that my modification request was rejected, and I went on the trip only to find out at the hotel itself

I would have been better off cancelling getting the whole refund and rebooking only 1 night stay

An older hotel that's still well-maintained. The service was fine, and the location is strategic, perfect for families. I booked three rooms, and all the air conditioning worked great, and the hot water was good too

Totally a where to go place when you need a place to stay at the heart of Jakarta. Everything is clean and fresh. Terrific amenities from L'Occitane. Home entertainment is complete

It is just across the road from the West entrance of Grand Indonesia, which has tonnes of eateries, cafés, and shops. Huge room, clean, and guests can avail of the in-house sauna, gym and pool

They provided everything inside the room including iron and ironing board except for hairdryer. All in all, service was exceptional. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Jakarta again

We book privilege Room, the room was clean and neat, but not too spacious as we were expected, cozy and have comfortable bed. Breakfast is good, they have small pool for children in the rooftop

Abit dim in the bedroom, especially luggage corner, unless we put our luggage into the wardrobe where there is lighting, but if you have bigger luggage, you will have problem. Shower head is ok, water pressure is good

Amenities not much of variety and not well maintained especially the gym room. The reception is good, fast and friendly. Room is ok, coffee corner is slightly dusty

Hotel is in central Jakarta, great for business and travel. Room is big, nice and comfy place to be.

The AC is a bit hot. But the room is very comfy and spacious

Amenities limited Room is large however too many cockroaches.

Got a room that was infested with baby roaches, and they switched rooms for me in the middle of the night because I am tired of catching them

The room I stayed in was big and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind, and the hotel was quiet which made it even more peaceful

Simple but great hotel, that is adequate and a great patio for breakfast; rooms at the back very quiet bypassing the noise of the street. Far from the hip tourist area, bit more local feel

I recently stayed at the Grandkemang Hotel Kemang Jakarta and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is an old building but it has a cozy and spacious feel to it

Mercure Jakarta Cikini for me is an awesome hotel. I stay there so many times with my family. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom always neat and clean

The room was small, quite compact. It's fine if you're staying for work, just to sleep for a night. When you leave, there's an elevated road right outside leading to the PIK area, and you have to yield to get onto it

This was a great trip to Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. It's a beautiful big city in Southeast Asia with nice scenery. I stayed at the Garden Hilton hotel, which has a good location, not far from Jakarta Airport

Came here for a meeting, litlle bit confused when try to park my motorcycle (the parking lot located far from the lobby), but when arrive to the meeting room, it give me a comfortable feeling
