A small suggestion: it would be nice if the hotel could provide some kids swimming equipment in the future to make the experience even better

At Rose Deli, while the food quality was good, service was largely non-existent and many seafood items were out of stock. Regis Bar was marked fully booked — yet visibly empty. This was confusing and poorly managed

Regis Jakarta specifically for the kids club rave experience, and we clearly mentioned this in our booking email and inquiry before arrival. We arrived at 1 PM and were told it was fully booked for the entire day

To make matters worse, another guest who arrived around the same time was allowed same-day access without prior booking, even bring bigger number of kids, which felt inconsistent and unfair

The app customer service was more helpful than the duty manager onsite, who did not offer a meaningful solution even after we mentioned we were cancelling the reservation

This was very disappointing, especially since it was the main reason for our stay

Breakfast is amazing , good tasty and change menu everyday, we stayed there for five days. Good location for shopping mall. Room is okay not very new style. Price is reasonable.

Clean room but quite noise when facing to business street. Convenient location to Sarinah Mall. No swimming poor facility.

First time in Jakarta, the hotel is clean and service was good, sadly during my stays the hotel is under major refurbishing, so things is kinda everywhere

One of the dishes at breakfast made me sick. I've had diarrhea for three days now. I would have gone to the hospital, but I had a client meeting, so I couldn't. I'm absolutely certain their food was the problem.

The service is good, friendly staffs. Did found 1 tiny cockroach in the toilet. It's very noisy at night as it's next to the main road. They did provide ear plugs as the hotel is aware of the location

Could be better, we arrived late during checkin and they dont have non smoking room; only to air spray the room but the smoking smell is way too strong. Though the next day, they moved us to non smoking room

We gave them two suggestions: first, the mung bean porridge was too sweet and needed less sugar; second, the air conditioning was too strong, making it chilly if you were wearing shorts and a t-shirt

Both suggestions were taken on board, and they improved things by breakfast the next day. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic

Their manager even asked if the food was tasty and if the service was satisfactory

Stains and mould can be clearly seen in bathroom. Towels are with obvious brown stains (yes, we did asked for change, and we did not take photo of it)

As said in the previous comment of my stay from 15 to 17th July. This morning, I left the hotel with some negative feeling since I could not get a late check-out which gave me some trouble

This hotel I use to stay 10 years ago was very good service and staff and clean rooms but is very very very bad only local people and groups really is one star hotel 4 days they not change my room I am asking them every single day please don’t go if they don’t want to come sick

Our staycation here with the kids was fantastic. The hotel is very kid-friendly, featuring a spacious swimming pool and a well-equipped playground, which kept the children thoroughly entertained with plenty of activities

Wifi was stable and fairly fast. Morning breakfast was booked inclusive and is a free-flow ala-carte breakfast ordered from their menu. Food was tasty and the restaurant ambience and service was excellent

2night stay at Discovery SCDB to attend a conference in Jakarta

The room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi

Booked a twin share room and this was the most unique and well designed twin-share room I have ever stayed in! 2 beds but with a separator and individual amenities for each person! 2 of almost everything including desk, TV, wardrobe & even separate wash basins! Room was clean

It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta

Amazing Location, Direct location to the LRT, Multiple Connections to the arterial roads & highways, near the HLP Airport & KCIC. How ever… the room may need some TLC, Hallways are dark & reeks of cigarette

as for location, it's a bit hard to find minimarket / food places around, there is Mcdonalds and Market City (Supermarket) across the street, but the pathway was separated by a river, to get there you have to walk quite far and turn around

Although is not good experience with the stay at smelly Smoking room(requested for non smoking). Their front office staff was superb helpful, they help me to change to non-smoking room which much better

It will be nice if they somehow built a small bridge so people can cross the river to reach the across street

Everything ok, just a bit the building is old so some furniture is a bit broken ( i. e door in toilet, drainage of wastafel) but the maintenance staff is helpful

But once at night the receptionist is a man, he quick response and the maintenance staff coming soon. The facilities ( golf car really helpful ) , restaurant ( good food )

The curtains also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while, and the bathroom was not very clean either. Overall, the stay was somewhat disappointing considering the relatively high price

On the positive side, this is the only accommodation in the Ancol area that offers a cottage-style stay close to both the beach and the lake, which makes the location quite unique

One of my favorite hotel in Jakarta. Perfect place for childern to play, in front of the sea, you can go fishing just outside your hotel room. To bad there is no beach to play here, its surrounded by rock.

Located in popular Kemang area, South of Jakarta city. Cozy and clean hotel. Near to shopping centers, restaurants and bars. Fave Hotels are always one of the best budget hotels in Indonesia.

Good place to stay with affordable price

The room is clean, spacious and come with unique wall painting. Morning buffet breakfast is superb and delicious with local food served. Definitely will come back again if travel back to Jakarta again!

Third time I come never disappointed the staff are nice. If one day you can't sleep don't complain about it just ask earpad they will deliver to you thank you see you next time

Hotel is very convenient, right beside Sarinah, where you can enjoy Filosofi Kopi till late night. It's also walkable to the mall - about a 10 minutes walk to Grand Indonesia
