For the hotel, it's nice, all the facilities are complete, the room is also big, the water is flowing, but for smokers, you have to smoke on the balcony first hehehe and the TV isn't smart yet so the TV channels are like that

And for the sheets and blankets, when you look at them neatly, when you open them, there are stains from menstruation, so they are behind the sheets, but it's still obvious that we want to cover ourselves

Clean and comfortable room, clean sheets, friendly stuff. Just the internet connection could be better, overall it's a fine place to stay for a couple of nights!

The hotel's location in a small alley is quite convenient. There are a lot of motorbikes outside the entrance. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner

The Chinese food service is also pretty good, though the rooms aren't very spacious

Approximately 500 meters from Jayakarta station. The guest rooms are clean and spacious. There is a restaurant / cafe on the first floor.

It’s close to Kuta Train Station and Chinatown (about a 30-minute ride, depending on traffic), and just 40 minutes from the airport. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious food, adding to the great experience

Great staycation like royal family vibes experience in the heart of Menteng. Nice pool with pink ducks awaiting for your instagramable pool moments. Nice food and drinks from Wei Cafe

I had such an amazing experience at The Grand Mansion Menteng — honestly, if I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would! One of my favorite highlights was the private pool

If you are ClassPass member, you can use your ClassPass credit to enjoy the pool / gym / or buy some F&B from Wei Cafe as well

Only recommendation to guests, is that if you don't have your own car, and you are relying on Grab/BlueBird, please call for your car about 10-15 mins in advance, since it will take a few mins for the car to arrive

Lastly, they nicely decorated the room with a very thoughtful message, a neatly arranged swan towels as well as a delicious cake inside the room. We are really grateful for Mba Lulu, Della and Maria for these surpises

The concierge staff guided us to the elevator, asked about our luggage, and directed my husband to park the car. The impression was warm, family-like, yet professional

The facilities are okay, if you don't use wifi, the signal is a bit difficult, Close to Matraman station, when I first saw the front of the hotel, I was a bit unsure, the room would be the same as the one in the photo:') maybe the exterior appearance can be improved, but when I entered the lobby, it was broken, the lobby was nice and fragrant too

The room is spacious and affordable, but it's not soundproof, the TV sound can be heard in the hallway, maybe that's why small children are not allowed to stay there because it can be noisy

Very spacious hotel, clean BUT very old. Specially the chairs in the room, and the blankets. They have a lot of stains and specially the wooden parts need an update

Everything is perfect, the room was spacious. Way too large for both of us, smart tv will be better. We’re expecting a bath-up but weren’t lucky

They have a clean room. The breakfast was local food. For first timers in Indonesia it could be a good starter to prepare your palate with Indonesian food. They can also deliver breakfast in bed upon request.

Not bad for a week of staycation, strategic location & best price for our stay

We had to take Gojek bike to avoid getting stuck. Perfect place to stay if you want to just come here for PIK. And also for fast airport transfer, and avoid the jam to the airport

Small towel and glass in the toilet only set for 1 person while we have informed 2 guests will stay and not flexible for deposit, too expensive at IDR 200.000 for only a key.

We picked our stay here because we wanted to visit PIK before our flight back home. The room was spacious and simple. We loved the idea of refilling water from the lift lobby

There’s a gachapon/pop mart/ figurine shop just downstairs. There is a bustop right outside the hotel to get to PIK but I think you need a special card for that. The traffic can be quite bad during the holidays

The room is quite small and I found some yellowish patches in the bed sheet. However, the location is near Pantai Indah Kapuk and about 30 mins from airport.

Location hotel is good near market and good for transit passengers also coz have a highway to airport only 15 min to airport

Standard 3 star hotel, the room is quite clean. But when having breakfast, there was a lipstick mark on the new glass that had been filled with milk for the child. I wonder if it was washed or not? 🙈

This Muslim hotel has a great location and it's quite convenient to park. However, there are mosquitoes and ants in the room. I hope they can improve the hygiene. Towels are not provided in the room.

Super clean, bed was so comfortable, had a decent size of window and good view! One thing I wasn’t happy about was it seems they don’t have soundproof wall, because I really could hear all of the noise from the main road (my room window facing to the main road), and I had one very bad night where I kept waken up in the middle of the night because of the loud traffic noise outside 😰

A noisy neighbour with a lot pubs, disco and karaoke but you're in the center of the town connected to all the malls. Swimming pool is not for all, you need to pay to access.

It’s a good and affordable hotel.

Cleanliness is good, but the beddings and towels looks very used and have faded stains. Aircon and TV works well. The room we booked was facing the wall of the next building so no nice view, but not a big issue.

I've stay here for several times, and the things that I like the most is the cleanliness, start from the lobby until the room. when I'm hungry and looking for food, I just order the food from the lobby

Really enjoyed all activities within the hotel : the gym, the new renovated swimming pool and of course the La Boutique Gourmande, our favorite cake shop

Festive season stay in the heart of Jakarta. with my mom, here we were celebrating Mother's day. we got surprises from the hotel. Room was upgraded to suite which was very cozy & a welcome Red Velvet cake

I would suggest improving the receptionist’s facial expressions and overall hospitality gestures to better reflect a warm and welcoming attitude. Aside from this, all other services were excellent

I was quite disappointed that the receptionist initially seemed defensive regarding our request. Ideally, the receptionist should first carefully review the booked room type before referring to the request column

The breakfast variety is good. Even though they don't have an egg station around the breakfast buffet area due to space restrictions, you can easily request for your omelette, and they will make it for you

Room is clean and as shown in picture. I left my sandals and they contact me via whatsapp in the afternoon. One thing I like is their toothbrush is so cute, with soft blue and pink color

Here for a concert - really convenient as I dont have to travel far after the concert! Room is spacious though the lobby is under construction. Staff is really helpful and loaned me travel adapter.
