A cool hotel near Malioboro street, nice room, nice building, very strategic and cozy. Will choose this hotel again for my next trip to Jogja.. bravo

Run down but low price, and not all bad.
Old, worn out, & you get what you pay for.
Rain is loud on roof, motorcycles heard all night. Needs fresh paint & clean grout.
However, the room service Indonesian 06:00 breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff got us soap upon request. The aircon worked and we had hot showers. There were 2 sitting parlors adorned with sculptures & plants by the front desk. The hotel is within a few blocks of the downtown night market.

The room condition is not the one in the picture. Definitely need to refurbish. The smell of the room is unbearable. Bathroom condition is poor and bedding I think it’s too old and need to change. The staff is friendly, they change my room upon my complain, but upstairs is only slightly better. Still not like the picture at all. Location is convenient, but other then that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Good price, good location. Just need to add electric kettle so we don't have to ask for hot water everytime we want to make hot drink

Nice place, clean room, the AC is very well cold, nice staffs, we have an option for the breakfast, large car park area, clean toilet, welcome drink (you can choose tea or coffee), and the good thing is there is a gazebo on the roof top. I think this hotel is very recommended to you based on my experience, affordable price with good services.

Average place! But if you want to have a night with originally atmosphere of Jogja, this place nice to be try. Not so far from Malioboro. You just walk around 15 minutes. Or you can take becak. Not recommend to take taxi or online transportation because it more takes time!

Love the Vegan option. Too much pepper in the avogreen pasta but the mushroom sate was delicious.

Great choice of coffee and foods. Affordable price. They offering vegan and healthy food, good if you're on a diet or tried to eat more healthy. Unfortunately, when I was there the wifi was very slow and the place is little bit hard to find.

They provided vegan meal, and the service is friendly and good enough. Really love fried kwetiaw, I personally recommended. It was cozy place and have free wifi. They served Special of The Day Menu on Saturday and Sunday.
