The location is nice, near traditional market and we can find so many food stalls along the street...
The laundry is near the hotel too, so we can just walk over there...

Great accomodation with affordable price near to prawirotaman. Recommended!

The location is strategic, many good food around and near with Jogja attractions, and the room is spacious, good service also responsive

Good hotel if you want peace, located outside the main activities of the city. A lot of restaurants (mainly EU or US dishes) and activities for tourists close to the zone but nothing typical. Every amenities required payment, for exemple toothbrush

AC isn't cool. Complained but no solution. Lighting isn't enough. The interior needs fixing. Why would there be a lamp right above the TV?
Very minimal amenities, such as:
- Gotta pay extra for a toothbrush.
- Only 1 pair of slippers when there are 2 occupants. Have to pay for extras.
- No complimentary coffee or tea.
- No facial tissue provided, only toilet paper.
- The water dispenser doesn't have the cold water working.
- No clothes hanger.
- Sub par mattress quality, only one pillow, and no bolster in the twins.
But:
- Internet is fair enough.
- The surrounding area offers a lot of restaurants and other eateries.
Verdict:
Definitely won't return.

Booked the family suite. Would stay here again.
Good:
- spacious for two people
- big clean bed with a good mattress
- good air-conditioning
- room amenities like a mini fridge and water cooker
- very friendly staff
Could be better:
- fresher looking towels
- more responsive water temperature controls in the shower.
- a chef that stays in the hotel during breakfast hours (breakfast is from 7-11, but the chef left before 10)
Bad:
- Any sounds from outside are just as loud in the room (mosque, rooster) because the windows can't close properly. Earplugs are advised.

It is pretty comfy to stay here. The room size is pretty spacious. There is a balcony, hot shower, closet, small square of shower soap, and shampoo. But there is not toothbrush. The breakfast was fried rice with fried chicken, there is also toast, jam, Tea and coffee. For mineral water, we take it by ourself in the corner of room alley. It is pretty good and affordable to stay here. But the cleanness is so-so. It is a bit dirty around the lamp room. The color of the towel looks so old because it is white towel.

family room. 1 bed large size + 1 single bed, muat 4 dewasa. ac cukup dingin. ruangannya cukup luas utk family room. dapat heater utk teh&kopi, bbrp botol air mineral. ada hot shower, sabun&sampo, handuk mandi, no sofa, ada kursi + meja di teras tapi sayangnya dapat ruangan yg kunci ke terasnya rusak. view kamar nya taman inndor. sarapan sederhana tapi cukup enak
