The rooms are really small, water was leaking from the shower all over the bathroom, there was no hand soap, no parking. The only good thing is the location close to the beach. Still doesn't worth the price.

Great find Clean room, exceptional staff (Natalie was wonderful and Ilan was always responsive to all questions and needs. Half a block from the beach and walking distance to shops. Excellent breakfasts in a bright and welcoming environment. Good air-conditioning ( in Tel Aviv it's a must) and relatively quiet, boutique experience. Recommend it highly.

Back at this hotel after 35 years, when it was Marriot. The rooms are a bit dated, but kept up to spec. The highlights are the bay view (you can see the entire area) and the breakfast buffet - spectacular!! The lobby is also well appointed and pleasant.

This was a restorative 2 night stay helped by the kindness of the front desk, great breakfast buffet, clean/spacious room (with an incredible view of the bay), and terrific location at the heart of Carmel Center.

You code the elevators from the outside and there is no need to push your floor once inside...

Dan Properties all over Israel are the best hotels with excellent management.

Excellent breakfast buffet, large swimming pool, good gym, excellent location close to Haifa Zoo and near a shopping / dining area. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot so have to park outside the premise. Used the Pango app to pay a small fee for parking at a nearby location marked in blue and white on street curb.

Atrium Heathrow was very convenient for us as a stop over point in London between flights. Still within the Heathrow tube zone so there is no fee and the station is literally across the street from the hotel.Stayed there three different times over three weeks.Hotel and staff were 👍😃.

It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..

The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with carpark. I checked in on a Saturday which was Shabbat and was upgraded on Sunday to a larger room. They offered me a free fruit platter. Good value for money. The breakfast is basic but not bad.

The hotel is Big and nice inside . Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the hotel a solid 8. The location is almost perfect, 10 minutes walk from the Damascus Gate of the old city of Jerusalem. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach - beautiful beaches stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions. But the room was a bit crappy, and the bed did not smell clean. Luckily I had a light travel sleeping bag with me, to keep me clean in bed.

The hotel was in a great location beach area. The hotel isn’t new but it’s decent and the staff is great. I feel comfortable and safe in this hotel. I will definitely come back again. Everything is at walking distance. However, if you are high maintenance, this hotel isn’t for you. This is a very comfortable and low-key hotel. It really is good.

This is an amazing hotel and a great location. Israel Luxury Tours booked it for us and the check was super smooth and fast. The employees were wonderful and so attentive. This hotel is right across from the beach with an ext view of the sea. The beach has a really nice boardwalk for walking or jogging. Breakfast was so nice and you can not even sample a tenth of the selection . Highly recommended

Breakfast was pretty good but why is dinner double the price and only 1/2 the amount of food selections. Over half the serving areas were closed during dinner. Also breakfast had all kinds of beverages including tea and coffee. Dinner only had water:( The overall hotel shows signs of its age but the remodeled rooms on the 12 floor were nice.

The Weights for the Smith Machine is a laughing stock and looks as though it's something even people living in Gaza would reject. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean but the service is not so good. 1. We didn’t get bathrobes 2. We asked the cleaner for extra coffee pods, he said he will bring us and we didn’t get any. 3. Very old hotel but equipped with all comforts.

Clean and comfortable room (no carpets), good location (walking distance of Great Synagogue, Old City and Emek Refaim), fast lifts (!) lots of quiet corners to sit on shabbat. Breakfast and shabbat meals were good. As it was winter we could not use the pool sadly and the spa will only open in 2026.

The room was an excellent size, very clean and comfortable. The 2 issues I had were that there were no robes, and thus just 1 towel per person wasn’t enough. While the linen was very soft, the blanket was slightly thin, and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I’m sure you could call for the pose things.

We put our light on to clean the room late. They apparently came early and never came back so they never cleaned our room. But I’m not sure it was their fault. It was in the understanding but they should really check again because they came too early. Otherwise, the day was beautiful. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was fabulous.

The hotel was under renovation. It was not comfortable and the rooms were not totally ready and even the connecting door was not locked. He balconies of the rooms are connected and it is not safe. Although Nadine was very helpful and supportive.

Food pretty simple. Television doesn't work well, the guy at the reception told me that he can do nothing for me and proposed me to pay 250 nis more to have Television.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel.
