Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially Mary at the front desk in the morning and the guy in the evening (forgot his name, I think his name starts with F). Good buffet breakfast and the people that worked in the restaurant were also friendly. Also Samuel, who runs the gift shop, was great. Location is very convenient for public transportation and right where the Jerusalem Central Railway station is located. Thanks to everyone there that made my stay pleasant.

This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful too …food is good

The hotel is conveniently located for travel—near the bus and train stations. It's a bit dated and outdated, dating back to the 1950s, and the room isn't fully modernized, with a shortage of electrical outlets. But there's a kettle, clean linens, excellent shower pressure, and toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast is decent.

Hotel is conveniently located on the main Golders Green thoroughfare with plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A short walk to the tube station, and a short bus ride to the Brent Cross Shopping Centre. The room is well equipped for self-catering with everything you need as well as an iron and ironing board. I loved the shower, there is both a hand-held and a rain shower. The bed was comfortable but it would have been too small if I had been travelling with a companion.

An outdated hotel in a central location. The bed is uncomfortable, the towels have long passed their prime, and parking costs 100 ILS per day. There are much better options for a similar price. On a positive note, the staff is friendly.

Stunning stuff, very nice and pleasant lobby, surprisingly the guests as well 😁. We booked for one night spontaneously, fantastic location, Beautiful Israeli reach breakfast, 🍳, we couldn’t ask for more. High value for the money we paid. One last important thing, we have also (paid) car parking.

So first of all, it is infront of the station so convenient. The entrance is hidden in the back. The hotel has never been renovated and the pictures are over 20 years old. Team is friendly but the hotel is all dusty and dirty. Smell like cigarettes and I don't recommend it. Also if you put a low review they will contact you until you remove it.
