My Master Card on Apple Pay got locked by Card Wise without warning and the two ladies from the day shift reception helped me out. I did not have access to a landline phone and my iPhone did nit have a mobile phone eSIM just Data. That let me use their reception phone I called Master Card International and it was fixed. It took awhile with MCI but I got my card working again. What a relief. Lots of empathy

Hotel is lovely but not near anything walkable. It served our purpose for one night as it’s very near Salerno airport.

Truly one of the best services i ever had. Those ladies at the front desk were super super helpful, they really took excellent care of me, very polite and nice as well so respectful, I definitely come back here, they were super sweet, thier names are Federica and Chiara ...they were so nice at check and they answered all the questions I had with lots of patience. Also room was super clean.i totally recommend the hotel and I would give it 5 stars. Thanks again for the ladies the helped me with everything I needed!!!

We arrived late in the evening as the restaurant was closing. Even though the kitchen was closed, the matri'd offered us salad plates that were delicious, filling, and much appreciated. The room was quiet with a nice view. Breakfast was lovely.

Big hotel. Free breakfast. Great free parking. Only a small problem with AC. Rooms are big and bathroom great. Restaurant is great

I always enjoy my stays at Hotel San Luca. It is a big hotel (by Italian standards) centrally located in Battipaglia, just a short distance off the Autostrada A2. The hotel has an ATM on site, restaurant and pool. Battipaglia is the second or third largest town in the Salerno province so there are many businesses, shops and restaurants. It is a great place to stay if visiting Paestum or a day trip to the Amalfi Coast! Highly recommend

The hotel is rather dated. Lots of scrapes and chips on furniture, skirtings and especially the bathroom.
The service however was very good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had one evening meal in their restaurant which was lovely!! Liked the “robot-server” !!

The photos look very beautiful, but unfortunately we didn't see the swimming pool.
The room is quite big, but there is nothing special about it. The shower is very small.
The room is average, but the bedding is dark blue with flowers, which is very old-fashioned and not very good. White is more clean and comfortable.
You can park at the hotel entrance. You have to cross a corridor to check in at the front desk. There are cake-shaped decorations on both sides of the corridor. When we went for breakfast at 9:30, there was nothing left. It ended at 10:00.
