Absolutely wonderful! Every detail is well thought out and extremely clean. Rooms a bit small but very much upgraded with everything. Staff could not be nicer or helpful. Owner lives onsite and sees to everything. Food service is excellent. Walk to downtown & tram.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my family, who stayed at Hotel Uschina in Malcesine for 5 days. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality of the owner. The hotel was perfectly clean and everything was well organized. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. We also had a beautiful lakefront view from our room. Thank you very much for the great stay – we will definitely come back again.

We spent three nights here and found it to be a great location to enjoy Malcesine. It’s about a 10 minute walk into town, we found it nice to be slightly away from the noise of the center. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our balcony and it’s view a lot! The rooms are a bit tight, but we had large suitcases.

We stayed here for 4 nights with friends and booked 4 of the rooms. There were 10 of us in total The pool area was lovely & we enjoyed chilling there a few times. The rooms were nice & were cleaned every day. Great area and Short distance from the town I think the highlight of our stay is that all the staff were helpful and accompanying, and really went out of their way to help us on a couple of occasions. They were especially helpful on the day of our friends wedding and let us borrow their iron so we could iron all of the men’s shirts (the iron that they use to clean the rooms) so thank you so much for that! Massimo also helped us getting to a bus stop, as we stayed in Venice for a couple of days after our stay in Malcesine. Overall would definitely recommend & would also come back here again! :)

Absolutely a fantastic little hotel in a quiet corner of Malcesine! From the first day we felt welcomed and cosy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is recently renovated, modern and clean. Good breakfast to every taste. A location is very good in a silent alley but still in walking distance from Malcesine centre.

A fabulous hotel in a great location. It was away from the hussle and bussle but only a 10 minute walk into town. We had a warm welcome, comfortable rooms, great views and hearty breakfast. Massimo and his team couldn't do enough to help, always on the go, but so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had an amazing 4 days at this place. During our stay we visited Limone, Riva del Garda and Sirmione and we can strongly recommend to stay at Malcesine and specially at Massioms place. He was so friendly, helped us with everything and provided a really good breakfast! Malcesine was a bit less touristy than other places as well. Will for sure come back!

Great position, great value for money, amazing views and even a pool. The hosts are really nice people and will help you out enjoying the most of the amazing Lake of Garda

Owner/Manager Bertuzzi Massimo made us feel very welcome explaining with patience the local attractions. His mountain bikes for rent at 5 Eur/half day were perfect for an up and down the coast jaunt. Close enough to town center and coast. At Eur 38.50 /person (for second floor), great value.
The supplied Funnavia discount coupons saved us Eur 3 on each ticket. Breakfast included eggs made to order, fresh fruit and a generous assortment of dairy products, cereals, breads and beverages.
