We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Stella Alpina. The staff were very helpful. We had a very nice breakfast and even specially provided us with vegan products. The place has a very nice pool that we could enjoy even in the late evening. There are some green areas with trampoline, which were great for our 7 and 9 y/o kids.
The rooms looks new (renovated) but simple, I wished that there was a coffee machine in the room.

Beautiful room, really well-designed! You have everything you need — perfect for one person, with a nice terrace and a great view. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. What’s more, you can borrow a bike — the cycling paths are fantastic, and you can ride all the way to Tori! I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool, but it looked nice and the chill-out area was great too. I totally recommend this place!

The rooms were great, the WiFi was free and available everywhere in the hotel. The hotel breakfast was delicious, buffet style. You could try lots of different specialities, meats and pastries. The location wasn’t the best - far from the city center and from the nearest lake entrance.
The view from the window was in the direction of the lake, but it was all covered by the trees. The rooms were clean, good looking and nicely furnished.
The personnel didn’t speak english very well and they weren’t interested in guests very much.

Lovely small hotel with amazing lake views. Very polite staff and a nice playground next to the pool for kids. Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel for a family wedding. The hotel is in the perfect location with just a 15 min walk to the centre of Malcesine but being far enough away from the huddle and bustle. The staff at the hotel were a delight (especially the lady who sadly I did not get her name). We had an extensive breakfast offer each day with a variety of hot drinks. The room we had at the rear of the hotel was compact but the bathroom was a good size and the shower was a delight. There was a small balcony overlooking the hills behind. The pool was a wonder especially to relax in and around as it was very hot and sunny during our stay.

Lovely place to stay with kids or without. Walking distance to lake and Malcesine. Rooms are an okay size with good showers. The pool is great all one level. Even though on the road you don’t hear the traffic.
Breakfast was simple. Air con was in both bedrooms which was nice.
Little things dropped this to a 4 star. Breakfast could have been better there was bacon but people grabbed loads and then they didn’t fill it up again.
The shower gel in the bedroom was empty.

We had a great stay at Stella Alpina. Very clean, fresh rooms, wonderful location with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. Nice staff. Breakfast was ok, only thing I would appreciate more would be a little bit less air refreshener, because the room had good but very strong scent. Overall really good stay! ❤️☀️

The hotel is very good. Everything is new and clean. Swimming pool was open in october, but it was chilly to swim. Nice breakfast with good coffee. The hotel is situated near the center, around 15 minutes to walk. Free parking.

The hotel is in a central position close to the lake and ferries. The staff and food are excelent. Rooms kept clean and tidy. Superb menu in their attached restaurant. Would come again with out hesitation. Idealy situated for trips on the lake or to the mountains.
