Wow, wow, wow - this place was incredible! This property nails being a luxury hotel while also evoking a homey feeling given it’s family run. This family has impeccable taste, you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and every detail.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the staff was so helpful with anything we asked for. The room felt so clean and smelled of fresh mountain wood, as if it had just been renovated. It was spacious, had a patio with a beautiful view and a comfy bed. They have turn down service and we always came back to a nice surprise on our pillow. We also loved the pool and how many chairs and daybeds there were to lounge in around the property, including a hammock. The spa area is impressive, with multiple saunas and steam rooms available to anyone staying there (you don’t need to book a spa treatment). The gym was also sufficient, with a few machines, dumbbells and mats.

Lastly, the food was excellent! They have an incredible breakfast spread (it was our favorite and we stayed in other luxury hotels on this trip) and we enjoyed both their main restaurant and Michelin restaurant. Thanks again for a memorable stay - we’ll be back!

Service was exceptional. Staff went above and beyond to surprise and delight. Anything we asked for, the staff would try their hardest to make happen. So many additional things added for free or much cheaper compared to similarly nice hotels in the area. It’s been family run for 60 years, and they run it in a way where it’s clear they’re trying to make the business better and better for the next 100.

Beautiful buildings and rooms that were less pricey than other (less nice) hotels we stayed in during our trip to the Dolomites. The style is very traditional with wooden walls and ceilings and beautiful wood carvings throughout.

Beautiful spa and solid food (we didn’t eat at the michelin starred restaurant, just the standard hotel restaurant they have)

My wife and I felt like this was the Nicest hotel we’ve stayed at so far in our 5 year relationship.

Booked this hotel last year march2025. Crystal ski. I’ve been all over the world and can’t honestly say this is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. From the first greeting to the final farewell nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
First night whilst getting ready for dinner a knock on the door and a box of complimentary chocolates was the first of a number of supersizes.
The hotel is so beautifully decorated that it makes your eyes water. The rooms are delightful with amazing views, not to mention the buttons at the side of the beds that raised the blinds in the morning.
The spar is top notch with every facility available.
And the best is the Michelin standard food served every night by staff dressed and trained to the highest standards. My favourite was the night where they carved a leg of lamb at our table with a Demi glaze sauce.
Located fifty yards from the slopes with a state of the art boot room it’s easy to get off for the day.
Guys please don’t hesitate to book this hotel

Amazing hotel and a truly perfect stay. The hotel is beautifully renovated in a mountain style. The rooms are spacious and stylish and the spa is large and modern. The service was exceptional and from the moment we arrived everything was taken care of including luggage and the car. Housekeeping was spotless and in the evening they even turned down the beds and left chocolates which was a lovely touch. The restaurant was also fantastic. All breakfasts and dinners were excellent. This is the best hotel in Selva! We hope to come back soon.

Another lovely stay at this hotel, the perfect hotel for a ski week. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, the spa has everything you could possibly want at the end of a day on the slopes. The food is superb, beautifully presented and delivered with charm and professionalism. Special thanks to Matteo and Federico.

I don’t know what could have possibly made our stay here better. In Val Gardena for 5 days of hiking, the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to trail heads and to the Dantercepies gondola, as well as into town. We were greeted with a drink and light snack on our arrival, letting us decompress from the journey. Our room was spacious, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The whole room smelled of wood from the shiplap on the walls and the wood floors, making you feel like you were in your own private cabin even though you were in a hotel. The bathroom was large and modern, the balcony was a treat to sit on. And there was plenty of storage for our regular clothes and my gear. The dining room provided an excellent breakfast and dinner, with wonderful service. The bar was excellent as well. We had one dinner at Suinson, and while expensive, it was worth the splurge and was a real treat. My wife and I both took advantage of their spa for massages, as well as using the pool. All were wonderful. The gym onsite is more than adequate as well, although I spent enough time outdoors that it wasn’t needed. 10/10 - I can’t recommend Hotel Tyrol enough. I never wanted to leave.

Luxury rooms; fantastic breakfast spread and great restaurant and bar. Decent workout facility, outdoor and indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms, a few steps from the ski lift. The staff is friendly, amazingly helpful at organizing what you need for ski equipment, and the hotel is managed efficiently.

We very much enjoyed this phenomenal hotel and the hospitality that exuded every single moment from our arrival to our sad departure! The beautiful rooms, Tyrian design details, the food, the bar, the cleanliness, spa, ski lockers with boot warmers, all were exceptional!! But the one thing you can't replace is the level of courtesy, professionalism, and service witnessed everywhere throughout the hotel!!! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
