This is the perfect place to stay in the Dolomites. Dinner is available with evening reservations. Parking is ample, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot.

Very good hotel with great staff. We missing the water bottle in the room, but overall very nice and can recommend it very much

The hotel is located right in the center of Canazei. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. The carpeting along the stairs isn't the best; it's a bit depressing. The only major flaw is the lack of an elevator, and if I'd known that in advance, I'm not sure I would have booked because it's not exactly ideal for carrying luggage, especially having to walk up three flights of stairs every time, or for those with family members in wheelchairs. The staff is very kind, but very cold. At the reception, being more cheerful and welcoming guests with a smile wouldn't be a bad thing, because their faces always made it look like something had happened. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Buffet breakfast was okay but not much variety.
No lift.
Hotel is in need of a facelift, quite old and a little smelly.
Our room was small and bathroom very small.

Friendly staff and so helpful. Christine was wonderful serving dinner, so happy and professional with all the guests. Location is metres from centre of town, and the ski bus to Belvedere.

Overall a very solid stay. Amazing breakfast selection, kind staff and centrally located in town with parking. It was a bit outdated but other than that, no complains at all.

Great! Small family-run hotel, old-style furnishings, warm and welcoming. Excellent service, cleanliness, exceptional cuisine. Nice, friendly, personable and reserved staff. Equipped with internal heated boot room, ski room, private parking. The hotel is in an excellent position, overlooking the central square of Canazei, a few hundred meters from the lift.

We spent a wonderful week there in August. The hotel is centrally located in Canazei but in a quiet area. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the breakfast was excellent (a special note for the dessert selection) and the staff very friendly. We also enjoyed the spa in one afternoon.

Great room, spacious, with a lovely balcony. As far as cleanliness goes, the room was pristine. Rich and delicious breakfast.

We really enjoyed staying this hotel! The staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing! The location is also very convenient. There is a parking right next to the hotel. Everything was great.

I picked alla Rosa off of a website and I feel I hit the jackpot. Worm, freindly, clean (spotless), Exceptional breakfast, perfect location, all as advertized.
The staff and the facilities wererbeyond my expectations. I highly recommend .

Loved hotel alla Rosa! From the wonderful and very friendly staff who make you feel right at home to the convenience of getting on and off the mountain along with the heated ski lockers, excellent spa area and Amazing breakfast! 5 stars all around and if we return to the dolomites which we most certainly will there is no doubt we will be back to stay here!
