Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Beautiful swimming pool , jacuzzi and sauna . Great food with excellent services. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Spectacular view around hotel and next to golf course ⛳️👍😍😁😎

Extremely unpleasant experience – not recommended
We were a group of 24 experienced travelers and were shocked by how poorly we were treated at Hotel Costes in Badia. From the moment we arrived, the owner was rude, aggressive, and completely unwelcoming. She shouted at guests, acted in a disrespectful and unprofessional way, and openly stated that she is the owner…
This level of hostility and lack of basic hospitality is something we’ve never experienced anywhere in the world. The owner clearly does not understand how to run a hotel or treat guests with the most basic courtesy.
We strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. We will never return here.

My wife and I loved our stay. Came up during the Maratona ‘22 and they staff were friendly and helpful. They amenities are next level and immensely helped with my recovery.
We didn’t initially book dinners but after our first night trying the menu we realized it would be better than commuting into a nearby village!
Would happily stay here again.
My top tip: there is a checkout process vs most (American) hotels where you simply leave. You’re welcome 🙂

We were many times there, by winter and summer too, for me the best choice in this area. Clear and spacious rooms, great food, wellness 👌, lift just a few meters. Highly recommended!

Great location, directly on the ski slopes. Excellent service, good cuisine and an excellent spa with inside swimming pool, outside jacuzzi, sauna, hamman and other amenities. A perfect base for winter or summer holidays.
