The rooms are okay, but a small fridge would have been nice.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. The breakfast was the same for every day, which is also boring and bad.
The hotel is placed in a very nice street close to the beach and downtown. Would recommend it for a few nights.

Clean rooms, homemade food, friendly and helpful staff, and very close to the beach.

After reading many negative reviews, we arrived here with some concern, but I can say I found none of the negative reviews.
Renovated hotel with simple but well-organized rooms. Comfortable bed. Standard pillows. The shower doesn't have a stall, but in my opinion, it's very practical and functional. The owner is discreet but very willing to accommodate our various needs. Exceptional staff, friendly and available for anything. Simple and delicious food, all homemade. The apple pie in the morning was exceptional. I read in various reviews that the breakfast buffet wasn't good. I can say it offers three savory trays, five or six homemade cakes and pancakes, pastries, cereals, yogurt, toast with butter, jam, honey, and chocolate. Lunch and dinner offer three first and three second courses. The beach is just down the road, a four-minute walk away. The hotel has a partner beach club, and everything on the beach is perfect, too.
In conclusion, it was a wonderful vacation, thanks in part to the helpfulness of the hotel staff and the services provided.
I recommend requesting a quote directly from the hotel, detailing your needs. We saved money compared to online booking sites.

I have to say this is a very nice hotel with great location on quiet street 2 mins from beach and about 7 mins or less to grocery store and about 10 from old part of city. Most important is the staff is Very kind, thoughtful and friendly so this is why I write a nice review! Thank you Hotel Solemare for being so kind and friendly..I will stay here again.

Hotel that is absolutely not worth the 3 stars it represents. Breakfast with limp and cold croissants, bites of tart that seemed to eat fingher food ... friendliness of the staff equal to a funeral, something that had never happened to me in Romagna. The structure of the hotel would also be good except for some shortcomings such as the absent shower cubicle. Basically, a hotel that does not represent and does not want to worthily represent the beauty and friendliness of Romagna.

Waiters (if we can define them that way) limp, with the will to live jump on me
Bad breakfast, poor with no big choices (not even basic fruit juices)
Poor dinner in terms of dishes but edible
I do NOT recommend it.
Shower box non-existent.
It is a real shame because despite everything the hotel is nice and cozy and clean! But it's not exploited to its full potential ... it's in a tactical location, close to the beach and all amenities. One positive note. I WOULD SAY IT'S GOOD ONLY TO SLEEP THERE.
