Luxor Hotel in Milano Marittima

Good hotel in a central location. Friendly and polite staff. Great food options for people with celiac disease. Unfortunately, the parking is far too expensive for what you get (narrow and cramped). The gentleman at the beach bistro, who is also responsible for the beach chairs, doesn't know what friendliness means – its a pitty. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely recommended

A very nice hotel with super friendly service and amazing breakfast. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, a 2 minute walk to the beach. One thing that I find unnecessary is changing towels even when they are not put on the floor. Guests should have a possibility to prevent waste of water and the towels that are not on the floor don't have to be changed.

After spending the first few days we were “luxorized” to the point of extending our stay. To eliminate the 'uncertainties' and 'misunderstandings' of the early days, as we were unable to access the swimming pool (which is located a short distance from the hotel, in another structure) due to the enormous amount of people present, was the extraordinary patient sensitivity of Mrs. Paola, always present and available to listen to the 'complaints' of the guests, and I had 'strongly' complained about the use of the swimming pool.
That said, the luxor hotel fully and undoubtedly deserves the 5 stars. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. We opted for half board. Dinner in a very nice, well-lit room. Good equipment. In my opinion, Vittorio's presence in the room is extraordinary; he is professional and prepared, he is attentive and always has his eye on each table in order to be able to promptly satisfy the demanding customer. Very very very good cooking (three times a lot is not a typo). An applause to the room manager of indisputable experience and professionalism. In the end, not least let it be clear but only because he is the last person we have had the opportunity to meet, the presence of Franco. It is present in the evening to satisfy anyone, even those who are very demanding like us. Thank you all!

For years we have been spending our beach holidays with our little one at the Luxor hotel. We feel right at home, the staff are super-friendly, helpful and always have a smile for everyone. The restaurant with Michele and the boys is well managed, all very good and attentive. The cuisine is of an excellent standard thanks to the chef Simone and his staff. On the menu there are veg dishes, meat dishes, children's menus and they are always ready to satisfy every request! Congratulations to everyone for making us spend our holidays peacefully!
