Hotel in typical mountain style. Good cleanliness. Spacious room. Spacious bathroom. It had both a shower with sauna and a whirlpool tub. Well-stocked mini-bar. The in-room coffee machine with pods for guests' use was nice and helpful. Average breakfast. Good location. Good value for money.

Terrible experience in the Hotel L'Espoir. For a start the rooms are accessed from the outside. There is a tiny reception area. You are led across the ice path to a balcony to access the front door of the room. Inside it was quite gloomy due to the smallish window and permanent drape. The room is basic with a small bathroom (the floor is strangely sticky when wet). The view to the mountains was poor due to the overhanging roof. There is no ski room for boots and skis. There was a fridge and the water was hot. The breakfast was ample. We booked four nights and stayed two and billed. 350e. Total rip off. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere.

We thank all the staff from the bottom of our hearts....we spent a fairytale Christmas, the arrival of the snow, the courtesy and attention to any need, the excellent cleanliness of the rooms, super and varied sweet and savory breakfast, outside the center of Champoluc in Antagnod (with a small village, intimate, quiet) but not far away, excellent restaurants, slope only 200/300 m. , top panoramic view, plus outside on the balcony you can hear the sound of the small stream that comes down from the highest mountain (a divine cuddle) thanks for everything and see you soon definitely, manua and fabio

You get told you get a sauna and a fitness room, but u won’t get either. They make the hotel look way better on the site than it is in real life

Just one night with family and friends. Beautiful location, large room, very clean and warm! Rich and varied breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff, especially the property manager. I recommend it and would return! A very positive review!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The staff is really kind and helpful. Free parking is available next to the hotel. Breakfast is quite varied. Recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in typical alp style design/interieor. Classic Italien breakfast such as cakes and white bread and good coffee. Service minded host. Great value for money stay. Only issue is that there are only 3 restaurants in the town and they are very crowded, so remember to book tables in advance.

Owner is a great host. Helped with everything to but ski pass suggested when and how to travel, when to eat and make other things.
Highly recommend to visit. Very caring and pleasant staff.
Views of the mountains are breathtaking.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. It was very clean, the breakfast was great and the owner is very professionell. We felt also very safe regarding Covid-19 regulations. The location is good as well, I would recommend it. The prices are also moderate.

We stayed 4 days at the Hotel Santa San 3* in February 2026. It was very nice experience , we were with my two children of 6 and 11 years old. The hotel staff is fantastic, Romina was very helpful for everything. The rooms are ergonomic, very clean, well heated and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic! All products are fresh and of a high quality. The location is great for ski lovers, the ski lift is in about 100 meters as well as the Ski rent , ski school and the ski pass office. Here is a grocery infront of the hotel. Three rests in the Antagnod village, all in the walking distance. Overall is a great place and the one to come back!

Amazing stay and a very reasonable price! Dog and kids welcome, everyone was friendly, snacks and drinks from the bar, even helped with suggestions for an amazing local dog walker! Overall brilliant say. Close to the slopes, walks, and nature in general!
