Fantastic sea view! Very friendly service. We recommend that hotel, when you want to visit the Vesuv, Pompeji and Herculaneum.

Some mistakes in rooms (like a little bit damaged door)

Despite the showers makeshift plumbing solution which provided for a few giggles we loved the place. It's certainly not a 5 star hotel but after the places we've experienced in Italy this place felt as if it was 5 star. Ok yes we would have loved the use of the air conditioner but we were not uncomfortable. The location suited us perfectly. We felt safe and did not hesitate to leave the bulk of our luggage in the car. The parking is deep in the grounds and well away from prying eyes.
If I ever return to this area I would not hesitate even for a second to stay here again.

I loved this place! The room is fairly spacious, the bathroom not so much. Don't expect hotel style new furniture and modern bathroom facilities. Expect clean rooms with old but working furniture. The location is great, 300m up Vesuvius. The breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. I got the choice between Italian breakfast or something more robust including bread, eggs, meat, pastries and coffee. The owner speaks English.
The real reason why I loved this place is the owner. He and his wife will go through great lengths to make their guests fell comfortable. You constantly get a coffee and a smile. They also prepared my lunch and dinner that day, both delicious and reasonably priced.
