Beautiful hotel in beautiful forte dei marmi. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Also only negative thing was that the bathtub was way too high to climb into. We went twice to the beach club which we loved

Forte dei Marmi is a beach town where hotels typically have their own cabanas, yet no one explained where the Grand Imperiale’s were located or that food and towels were available there

My sister and I wandered from one cabana setup to another, being turned away multiple times, before someone finally clarified where we should go. A small detail like this could have saved us a lot of hassle

At night, the exterior has a magical silhouette, beautifully lit and elegant. The restaurant is outstanding—my sister and I especially loved the breakfast spread, which was fresh, plentiful, and delicious

I didn’t press to move again since I assumed all rooms would carry the same scent. The staff were consistently polite and respectful, though I wish they had been more proactive with information

We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to lounge and unpack. Unfortunately, I struggled with the strong scents used throughout the property

The hotel pool and closeness to both the sea and interesting sites would make it a good choice for longer stays as well

The rooms are spacious, there's a large swimming pool, and they even provide free bikes to the coast and the center (there's a cult of bicycles in this city)

It's located away from the center and therefore convenient for drivers. There's ample parking and plenty of charging stations

Nice hotel. Was a bit far from everything and you definitely need your car to get around,

This resort on the Tuscan coastline was a wonderful surprise and my goodness, how much Marble surrounds this area! When we arrived we didn't think much of the external aspect, it looked tired, yet this was soon upgraded on check in - it was smooth, with staff friendly speaking both Italian and English

The restaurant was good (a little bit pretentious and pricey) and the breakfast daily was lovely. Our beds were comfortable and rooms were well sized, clean, and the climate control was exceptional

Thrilled with our choice to stay at The Principe. It was flawless from beginning to end. The property will have you at hello. Contemporary chic at its best

Good location if you have car, GREAT service never saw it before, everyone was keen to help us, Micheal and Carloina helped us finding resturents, researving tabels, even building iternaery through Google map for day trip, well communicated through WhatsApp

Located 100m from a beautiful sandy beach and plentiful eateries close by although some are ridiculously expensive in this high class resort. Try da Vale and Boccancino for quality value for money food

I will return on my next visit to Tuscany and highly recommend to anyone that they visit this hotel for a stay. Although it is listed as a 4-star, it should be a FIVE-STAR for it helpfulness

Our first visit from England to Italy was at the Grand Hotel and it was immensely enjoyable at a very reasonable price

Attentive, pleasant staff especially Donatella at the breakfast service (thank you) and Jaccamo (thank you) in the bar area who made the perfect cup of coffee for us every evening, Decent pool, plenty of sunbeds

Everything was wonderful, location, room, service. What was missing was an international tv channel - which in my opinion is standard for a 4* hotel. Breakfast eggs would have been nice as well

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, central location and helpful staff! This hotel is much cheaper than most accommodations in the area but definitely still a great experience.

Diana at reception deserves special commendation for her outstanding assistance. She effortlessly booked taxis, provided invaluable help with train tickets, and even organised a packed breakfast for our early departure

However, there are a few points for improvement. The lunch menu is rather limited, and unlike some other hotels in the area, bicycles are not complimentary but charged per day

Every single team member, from the receptionists to the cleaners, consistently greeted us with warm smiles and genuine offers of assistance, making us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast choices were exceptional

The efficiency and willingness to help extended beyond standard services. We were particularly impressed with the laundry service, where items left in the morning were returned clean and pressed by the afternoon

Very nice hotel, a little out of the centre, so more quiet at night. Tranquil seating and garden area to have drinks in the evening, with a nice pool, gym and spa. The room was modern and well finished

Our room was lovely and very clean, with fresh towels replenished daily and bottled water restocked without fail. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was evident and greatly appreciated

It is my favourite hotel at forte dei Marmi. Very cosy, clean , the staff are very kind and obliging. On sea front , nice breakfast with freshly baked cakes homemade style. A nice hotel.

Prosecco! We came here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were so touched that they had put a chilled bottle of prosecco in our room. The beds are firm but everything is super clean

Staff really welcomed us and ensured we had a lovely stay. The beach is across a busy road but there is a crosswalk nearby which is super convenient. The breakfast was perfectly adequate

On our way back to Florence, we stopped to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa—just a 45-minute drive from the resort. Our three-night stay flew by, and we only wished it had been longer

Large room, a little small bathroom, quiet and comfortable bed. They accept dogs (and we have one) with a small supplement. Fairly large pool, we did not try breakfast because we left early, quick check out anyway

Two minute walk from beach Room was a bit poky but very clean. Had an outdoor terrace off our room. Was lovely. Staff exceptionally helpful

So kind and full of willingness. Hotel is very clean, has beautiful gardens with a great pool. There is a possibility to borrow a bike. Free parking is for 10 cars, the rest is for a fee

Our stay at JR Logos Hotel was truly memorable, and a big part of that was thanks to Alexandra. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such warmth and professionalism that we immediately felt at home

The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. There aren't any taxis in this town so if you plan to go anywhere outside of a bike ride you should note (including to and from train stations)

Pool urgently requires cleaning to remove the stains along the water level area and the water itself. There’s no towel service at the pool. Shower at the pool didn’t work either (no water)

We used the hire bikes hotel has and rode to see different beach resorts like Marina di Pietrasanta. Roads all flat do easy riding. The reception staff were amazing very friendly and helpful

We had a lovely holiday at Hotel Viscardo. We went for 2 weeks end of Sept. Position is excellent - walking distance to beach about 150m. Walking distance to centre about 300m

We have just arrived at the Hotel Viscardo but the first impression is great! Excellent hospitality, very kind staff, comfortable and spotless room! And above all a stone's throw from the center and the beach

This is a vintage hotel; the carpeting inside is perhaps not only old-fashioned but also unhygienic. The room is not 4-star (there is no pool), and the bathroom is really small

Location is perfect, at 3 minutes walk to shopping area and restaurants. Hotel is next to all beaches and bagno. Stuff are very nice and friendly. Nice apperetivo in the garden.

I have stayed in the Hotel Byron with my husband last weekend. We are enjoying our honeymoon, The room was lovely and they organise, upon arrival, a surprise to celebrate our wedding. There was the bed with rose petals

The room was modern, stylish and beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed the room! During our stay we mostly enjoyed the Italian sun laying on the beach and swimming in the sea

It was so easy to get to the beach because the sea is literally across the road which was perfect for us. We just wanted to soak up the sun as much as possible

Onda is the hotel's pool side restaurant but oh my, what amazing food we got there! Try the pizza of the day, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Overall, we spent a fun, relaxing, and peaceful vacation! I would absolutely recommend Hotel Byron; all the members of the staff were friendly, the hotel is just beautiful, the location is great, food is delicious, and Italy is always so charming

The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is a gem. Bar service is provided on the grounds. And daily bike rental available for a low fee

I had a pilgrims group of 39 person and we were staying in this hotel. The hospitality of this hotel was perfect! not to mention their dinner and breakfast service, everything was delivered perfectly!

The hotel is charming, clean and everything that I imagined Italy to be. We had 2 rooms connected by a central door with a bathroom. The main bedroom had a huge balcony with a king bed and other bedroom had 2 twin beds

A beautiful Italian resort Hotel WOW. As an American traveling to a foreign country it can be daunting. Hotel Kyrton was like visiting family, friendly, familiar and welcoming and that was my first impression

The pool was clean and refreshing and there are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy a cocktail. I fell as if this hotel is great for families. There appeared to be many guests with their entire family present

Very nice new hotel. Rooms are large and have a sea view (nearly impossible to find in Forte!). Excellent breakfast and we appreciate parking and off course great location by the sea. Only 4 blocks from City Piazza.

- Villa Grey beach does not have any designated place before the restaurant zone on the beach to wash the sand off our feet, so, we had to stay with all that stuck sand while eating

The Villa Grey was one of the best hotel stays we ever had. The room was clean, beautiful, well designed and modern. Not to mention incredible water views. The amenities and food services were excellent

But: - their shower next to the sea did not function - after swimming in the see, had to do a shower in the neighborhood (next beach zone); - their wi-fi also did not functioned, no matter if private (with password), or free, without any password

This family-run hotel is situated in a quiet residential area close to the beachfront. The interior is modern classic. Our standard room was comfortable and big enough to handle a small and a medium size suitcase

My stay at the Etruria can only be described as superb. From the very friendly welcome to the early breakfast on the day I left the hotel owners and staff were helpful, considerate and always had a smile

The breakfast was above two star worthy, and for the first time in Italy I got a Scandinavian sized cup of coffee when asking for an Americano! 😁 And the waitress understood we were from Scandinavia, and asked if we wanted even a second Large cup! Splendid
