The pest location in fdm & very nice welcoming and so kind stuff specially Mr Raffael and all persons there ,, in my experience off all services of all hotels of forte Dei marmi I give them 9 of 10

Property is great, with only imperfection being the room size. However, the hotel managed went above and beyond to resolve an unexpected difficulty. Definitely staying with them next time I’m in FDM!

Very good hotel. Staff professional and kind as always. They welcome you with a smile. Always ready to satisfy your needs. In the heart of Forte Dei Marmi near shops, restaurants and bars. Also very near the sea and the famous pier. From there you can reach cities such as Livorno ( Leghorn). Lucca ,Viareggio and Firenze ( Florence). Maxbugatti.

Everything was wonderful, location, room, service. What was missing was an international tv channel - which in my opinion is standard for a 4* hotel. Breakfast eggs would have been nice as well. Other than that all great.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, central location and helpful staff! This hotel is much cheaper than most accommodations in the area but definitely still a great experience.

Do not book here, they will take your money! Long story short, they lied to try to get me to use a different credit card than AMEX, told me they would cancel my reservation, and then charged me for a night anyway, on the AMEX they said they didn't accept.
I tried to book a room here for 2 nights, and after booking the room, I got an email that my card (an American Express) was declined because it was AMEX, and that I needed to provide alternate form of payment or I would lose my reservation. I didn't have another credit card, but their listing in Booking.com said they took AMEX.
BUT, when I looked again at their listing, they claim they take AMEX, but in the fine print tab they say they DON'T take AMEX. Since I had no other card, I had to book another hotel quickly, since I needed it for the next night.
The next day, I get an email from them saying I no-showed for the reservation that had never been confirmed, and then they charged me for a night's stay ON MY AMEX, even though their listing and their email said they couldn't take it! They just didn't want to pay the higher credit card fees for AMEX so they tried to trick me into using a different card.
If I had known they were lying and could take AMEX, I wouldn't have booked another hotel, but instead I ended up paying for 2 hotels because of this.
So if you want a hotel that lies about payments and charges you for a reservation they never confirmed, this is your place.

of all places I went I feel more relaxed and fashion styles I love it!...there some advantages rather than Saudi place ? lots of love ????? I went most of the times as well at London?? and America is the next destination ?? and back to Saudi
