Our first visit from England to Italy was at the Grand Hotel and it was immensely enjoyable at a very reasonable price. The rooms have everything you need, the breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Located 100m from a beautiful sandy beach and plentiful eateries close by although some are ridiculously expensive in this high class resort. Try da Vale and Boccancino for quality value for money food

This hotel should be rated 3 stars hotel. (Definitely not considering this as a 4 stars hotel). I booked this hotel primarily for its location which was perfect but everything else is extremely horrible. Staff do not seem to understand basic tourism hospitality and service. There are many incidents that happened during my stay which I cannot list all of them, to make my comment readable. For instance, IRON is prohibited and they were unable to deliver one to my room as they consider ironing is dangerous (funny) all hotels around the world offer such a small amenity to the room. Other example, upon arrival, nobody seemed to come and collect our luggage so we had to take them by ourselves inside the hotel.
Other comments in short regarding the room quality, noise and cleanliness.
I will not recommend this to a family or friend members. As well as, I am not considering to stay at the hotel in my future trip.

We loved our stay with our little son at Grand Hotel. Everything was amazing: location, cleanliness, food.
I think that their score on Google or Booking is not reflecting the reality. They are much much better.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at this well appointed hotel with Jet 2.
Good side views from the balcony-the sea on one side and the mountains on the other.
Short walk in to the centre of Forte dei Marmi for the Restaurants, cafes and shops (Designer).
Comfortable, exceptionally clean room.
Extensive, lovely breakfast buffet.
Attentive, pleasant staff especially Donatella at the breakfast service (thank you) and Jaccamo (thank you) in the bar area who made the perfect cup of coffee for us every evening,
Decent pool, plenty of sunbeds.
The bike hire (reasonably priced) was brilliant for exploring the local area.

If I could give more stars I would. During the period I stayed here, me and my girlfriend fell off the scooter. The staff was very compassionate and constantly asked how we were doing, even the manager of the hotel. The reception also arranged a lot for us. The cleaning lady cleaned everything perfectly. In addition, the food was excellent and the service incredibly friendly, especially our friend Andrea! I have never been more satisfied with a hotel.

Nice hotel - nice reception staff. Lovely food. Could do with some more waiting staff who speak even a little English. Have travelled widely and never encountered such low levels of spoken English. Nice (smallish) pool area.

We're just spent 5 wonderful days at this beautiful hotel while visiting Forte dei Marmi. I can't say enough great things about it. From the great food selections to the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel, everything was beautifully done. The Concierge and front desk people were very friendly and helpful with directions and instruction with how to use the "buses and trains" Without a doubt this hotel was the reason our visit was as good as it was. I will return on my next visit to Tuscany and highly recommend to anyone that they visit this hotel for a stay. Although it is listed as a 4-star, it should be a FIVE-STAR for it helpfulness. Thanks to everyone who waited on us and helped us, especially Alena (the Concierge) Alex, Paola & Dominico our waiters.
