I’ve booked 2 rooms for my wife and our two kids…
Staff tries their best to support customers with the available possibilities. Rooms are renovated at some point but doesn’t make it up to a 4 star standard.
I’ve been at many places in Italy, Europe and world wide. But this hotel doesn’t deserve to have 4 stars.
Best off you’re with 2 stars here, and let them work towards a 3rd.
Poorly equipped rooms with minimalistic basics are a disgrace.
Rooms are partly clean, with remaining sand/dirt and probably other previous room guests belongings.
Air conditioning doesn’t work, remember to keep all doors / windows closed, then it will run and makes strange noises to get you off bed, but won’t cool you off.
Minibar fridge is filled, but won’t cool the containing drinks and just makes noise. Rooms are without glasses for your drinks.
No complimentary bottled water is provided by the hotel.
Pool urgently requires cleaning to remove the stains along the water level area and the water itself.
There’s no towel service at the pool.
Shower at the pool didn’t work either (no water).
If you drive any SUV or station wagon, you won’t be able to park inside their parking, which is available for additional € 30.-/day. Maybe you’re lucky and get a spot in front of the hotel (+€15,-/day).
If not, find a spot along the street side.
Bikes are available for rental +€14.- / persons & day.
Good thing is, hotel is in walking distance to the beach.
And for the final, the breakfast;
A wide variety of breads, Cereals, fruits and more. But not at 4-Star level quality.

Two minute walk from beach
Room was a bit poky but very clean.

Our stay at JR Logos Hotel was truly memorable, and a big part of that was thanks to Alexandra. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such warmth and professionalism that we immediately felt at home. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect — always smiling, always helpful, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and comfortable, but it’s people like Alexandra who make it special. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable — we truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding service! We highly recommend JR Logos Hotel and can’t wait to return.

Location quite convenient, close to the sea about 40 minutes walk from the center of Forte de Marmi. The rooms are quite narrow for the category, in a couple of days we stayed in 2 different types of rooms, the first really small even for just 2 people; the bathrooms are old, the showers small and the linen service leaves much to be desired. Breakfast has a wide choice, but do not take coffee because it is terrible. The hotel parking is not free as I read here, but costs €15/day. Immediately outside instead there is the possibility of parking on white lines (free) if parking is available. All this said, the expense to stay in this hotel is senseless compared to the hotel structure, the services and what it offers.

Basic rooms are actually Compact rooms, meaning very small - the area around the hotel is also quite far away from most of the restaurants and center of Forte.

Great Staff
The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. There aren't any taxis in this town so if you plan to go anywhere outside of a bike ride you should note (including to and from train stations).

A little outside the center of Forte, great welcome, friendly staff, free underground parking, we received a free upgrade because the air conditioning in the room assigned to us did not work. Large room, a little small bathroom, quiet and comfortable bed.
They accept dogs (and we have one) with a small supplement.
Fairly large pool, we did not try breakfast because we left early, quick check out anyway.

Shocking experience. Our dog and I were attacked by another guests dog on the premises. Nobody spontaneously came to our help. The owners of the animal were rude and aggressive, only the other guests tried to intervene when they violently affronted us. No hotel staff in sight. When we asked for details on whether the animal was vaccinated so we could take the necessary medical steps no feedback or help. Service is key in this industry and it was surprising to see how poor the service was. The rooms are accommodated averagely. Tiny bathrooms that need an update. Exteriors are average. The only resemblance to 4 star standards is the entrance .
