The property is of a high standard and very well maintained. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning and there are no stairs the property is all ground level.
The breakfast has a selection of fresh cut fruit and home made cakes to choose from in a very nice dining area.
The gardens are immaculate with beautiful olive trees with a small outdoor lounge and eating area.
The only flaw would be that there isn’t anywhere to hang out wet beach towels and bathers.

This BnB was very nice and clean, has friendly staff and everything is new and in great order. Beds are comfortable and rooms are separated with their own full bathroom and sitting area. They had a wonderful breakfast selection. Quiet rooms, but the train does run right behind property until about 11:00 pm. It didn't bother us, but we did hear it a few times.

Perfectly as described. Room and bathroom cleaned every morning, large livable terrace, outdoor garden for breakfast under the olive trees, abundant breakfast. Very close to the sea. Owner and staff available. Ester and Arturo Cassibba
