Porto di Mare b&b in Giovinazzo

The B&B is on a street very close to the historic center and the sea in Giovinazzo. It has its own parking, but it’s also possible to find spots nearby. The room was spotlessly clean. The service was very friendly, with a good breakfast. We recommend this place and will definitely come back on our next trip to Puglia.

We stayed 3 nights. Location is very good. Close to Square, sea, and Old Town. One disadvantage of location is that there is a bar across the street on the where our room was. Loud Friday and Saturday nights but ok with window shut. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom and shower were very good. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, only soap is provided. Breakfast was simple but good, ham, cheese, cereal, toast, pastries and coffee. Everyone was very helpful. Dug up a map of Bari for us. Overall it is a very good value.

The owner was super helpful and friendly, always ready to give advice. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful - perfect for a relaxing stay. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a calm place to rest. It’s also just a short walk from the city center.

Porto di Mare B&B was very "Quaint" "5 Stars". Giulia and Allessandra were gracious hosts. Very clean and stylish place with everything you need. The Bed was comfortable, bathroom and terrace was excellent. The location was incredible. Very easy to get around, walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Porto di Mare B&B era molto "caratteristico" "5 stelle". Giulia e Allessandra erano gentilissimi. Porto di Mare e’ molto pulito e elegante. Il letto era comodo, il bagno e la terrazza erano eccellenti. Porto di Mare e a pochi passi da molti bar e ristoranti.

Giulia was fantastic! She was so helpful and, as a woman staying on her own, assured me of the safety of Giovanazzo and the apartment which had a roll down metal grill activated by a button, like a shop front. The wi-fi was excellent as I needed to work which I was able to do comfortably from the kitchen table and also in the upstairs bedroom. The apartment had everything I needed, was finished to a high standard and had a cosy feel. On the corner of the road was an excellent coffee shop recommended by Guilia and, about a five minute walk from there, a bus stop which my dad and I used to visit neighbouring Bitonto and Molfetta. When I left, Vincenzo drove us to the airport for a reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation recommending staying here either for business, holiday or both. Its great!

Wonderful friendly staff that make you feel like you have come home. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The bathrooms are the same. Airconditioning works very well. Centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby. Alex and Giulia where wonderful hosts that went out of their way to make out stay comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Giulia and Alex are wonderful hosts with nothing being any trouble for them. We were collected from the station on arrival and taken back to the station after we checked out.
Absolutely wonderful B&B centrally located in beautiful Giovinazzo. Highly recommended.
