Went on a girls trip with my adult daughter. The service was top notch without the edge of feeling as though the staff was hovering. They met our every need promptly, professionally and with genuine interest and enthusiasm!!

The location is terrible, in the middle of nowhere. Shuttle buses are rare, and seats aren't guaranteed. Taxis take at least half an hour to get, and are incredibly expensive. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, which is drafty and always cold. The room was incredibly small, with very basic amenities, resembling a two-star hotel in China. The shower was weak and not enclosed, leaving cold water all over the floor. Absolutely terrible review, absolutely avoid this place!

Significantly overrated hotel, belongs in the 3 stars /low 4 stars category. Rooms/furniture are very old, used. Food is around a weak taverna. But the taverna would use fresh ingredients. This hotel (dinner) lives from defrosting. Service peaple are not trained, have low attention to customers. Reception is okay however. Still, no recommendation, far too expensive for what they offer and really to poor food quality for Italy. Don't waste your vacation days.

From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star

A wonderful place to stay.
Just returned from a memorable 5 nights at Borgobianco and can highly recommend it. All the staff were attentive and friendly, particularly Desiree who welcomed us at breakfast each morning and helped us with places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The peaceful location was a highlight as was the traditional Apulia evening. Thanks to all the staff; we will definitely return.

Pure luxury ! Amazing breakfast attentive staff everyone was welcoming. The pool was beautiful but deep. The spa was great very relaxing. The turn down service was a great bonus!

We came from France to attend a wedding and stayed at this wonderful resort. From the very first moment, Laura, the reception hostess, stood out for her professionalism, kindness, and extraordinary attention to detail.
She organized a special welcome for us, making us feel truly welcome. Throughout our stay, Laura always made sure everything was perfect, making our experience unforgettable.

From the moment I walked in I was transformed to a peaceful, beautiful white haven. The staff takes care of your every need. I felt so pampered from my wonderful shower in my room to the spa with sauna and steam and the bartenders serving us wherever we were.
