Great stay in good, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. 15 mins flat walk into centre of Riva but local bars and restaurants on doorstep. Breakfast has excellent choice-fruit/cheeses/meats/cooked items and coffee on tap. Staff always had smiles including cleaners when we saw them. Pool area clean too with towels/robes etc provided. Buffet finger food provided at 5pm and am sure some people had eaten main meal at lunch and used this as evening food. Would happily return.

Wonderful service here, very friendly staff. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it was way better than what we had thought it was going to be. Would visit again.

This is a nice hotel , staff is friendly, rooms are nice and clean , breakfast has an abundance of options.

This is really a wonderful hotel. We had a beautiful room with view of the Garda Lake. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was incredible. The best we ever had. Two blocks from the beach. Wish we could have stay more days.

Well located hotel. Short walk to the lake and onto Riva Old town or Torbole. But lots of restaurants around if you didn’t want to travel. Beautifully clean, large air-conditioned rooms. Spacious pool area with bar and food service and probably the biggest choice of foods on a breakfast buffet that I’ve ever seen! The staff are all friendly, helpful and seem genuinely to want you to enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Arrived today. Was worried due to no other reviews for a month. Now I see why. Didn’t get the room we had originally arranged. Back view of a back street. Pool area like postage stamp. Bed hard like a brick. Now in bed listening to loud music from a neighbour hotel. Only day 1 and I wish I had booked some of the other lovely hotels in the area. Avoid if you can.

Garda Suites has a very nice lobby area with a bar. Super friendly & service minded staff. Location is a pretty long walk from the historic city center. Not on the lake side of the main road, so limited view from my room. Free parking on a nearby sister hotel. Rooms are of good size, but its a pretty basic & simpel style. Nothing special. Only water in the minibar. No iron available. Shower was good. Small swimmingpool infront of the hotel, but its no view & nearby a extremly trafficed road. Its a ok hotel, but there are several hotels in Riva that are better. Most hotels in Riva was closed this weekend, they reopen in april.

Just back from an excellent 11 nights at the Garda Suites Hotel. The team couldn’t do enough for their guests from the team at breakfast, the gents on the bar and the team on reception. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with a huge array of food for every taste. It was all well presented and fresh as could be. At 5:30pm an excellent array of snacks were available at the bar to enjoy with a pre dinner drink before heading out to Riva for dinner. The hotel is well situated with only a two minute walk down to the shore at the lake. The restaurant’s in Riva are excellent with us having a huge selection but we did enjoy going to two more than once as they were so good. The room was excellent with a comfortable sitting area with two balconies and TV’s. The room was new with a lovely bathroom. Overall an excellent holiday at a great hotel run by passionate staff.

the staff were rude to me and my children it was not very skibidi of them they even tried to steal my jewellery i would like if they had a talking to thank you that's all i need from you today maybe even new staff !! some of the staff even taught my son a swear word that i will not repeat. i want more skibidi sigma staff please and thank you

Horrible service in the reception! The older woman, grey hair is extremely impolite and rude! When we asked for a glass of hot water (group of people staying 1 week and leaving thousands of euros, she asked to buy tea and pay 2eu! This is ashaming! This lady is extremely rude! We never come back again because of her!!! She should fired as soon as possible

Absolutely not managing the parking. It is always full and it is impossible to find a spot there. It is also imposible to park anywhere near for free (full parking). You have to pay for public parking 2eur/hour. No one from the hotel is helping with that. They should not advertise the hotel with free parking. I do not want to spent my vacation looking for parking spot or paying additonal 30eur/day. Otherwise the hotel is good, but just wanted to warn everyone about this issue.

Thank you hotel Brione for a wonderful holiday. I stayed for one week with my mum, we loved it here and would like to return. All the staff were kind and attentive, clean rooms, comfy beds and with nice balcony, beautiful breakfast buffet and dinner options, great location. Great hotel for families the children can play safely.

The hotel is old, like most in Italy, but it is comfortable. The staff’s service is very good, although at night the reception is unattended. If you check out very early in the morning, there might not be anyone at the front desk, so I recommend doing it the day before.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 1 night in June. The room was great with 1 double bed and two single beds within. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Nice bar, and the restaurant for breakfast was good. The seating area outside the front offers a good location for drinks and snacks while watching Riva del Garda go by. The pool, although small, was good for the short use we got from it.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Riva del Garda.
