Very nice location in the village. No parking on property but rather easy to find some parking in the area. Nice room.

AVOID AVOID !!! This place may look beautiful… but don’t be fooled .. it’s awful food .. I really didn’t mind waiting for my food ( about 1.30 hours ) as we’re on holiday and that’s sometimes how it is , but I did mind being served a raw pizza , I did ask to spk to the manager to get it sorted but he laughed and said people are always complaining about that .. 😂 honestly words fail me .., there are so many better restaurants around that serve better food and gluten free … manger is either unwell or just an awful person as I’ve never seen someone act like him before … he offered a discount but it was 10 cents ( I honestly laughed ) paid went elsewhere and had a fabulous meal round the corner

The room was minuscule and very noisy. We even had to make an arrangement with our neighbors to avoid using the toilet at night and showering early in the morning, just to prevent being woken up by excessive noise. The bathroom fan was also incredibly loud. It's acceptable for a single night, but the room's size (Fuchsia) means you can't even keep your suitcases open. We couldn't dine at the restaurant because it's closed on Mondays – a shame, as it looked quite interesting.

My two-night stay at this hotel was solely because it was the only pet-friendly option. I booked over the phone, and no one informed me that there would be a €10 per day surcharge. Paying a supplement usually implies receiving some sort of service, like a pet bowl or a mat, but none of that was provided as I had brought everything from home. So I'm left wondering why I had to pay extra at all!

The room was small, and it came with a veranda. As for the cleanliness of the veranda, I'll let you imagine – I'd rather not comment.

To call the breakfast 'ridiculous' would be a compliment. It consisted of two meager slices of bundt cake, two small slices of ham, and two of cheese. A croissant? Don't even think about it! The only remotely interesting item was some ricotta, which I only saw on the first day and was gone by the second.

Oh, and I almost forgot... I'd specifically asked if the hotel had parking and was told yes. But upon arrival, I found that 'parking' was just a mirage. The owner's response? 'Perhaps I mixed up your booking with a motorcyclist's... anyway, nobody touches anything in Orosei.' Too bad I had expensive and quite visible work equipment in my car.

As a Sardinian and an accommodation host myself, the thought of a tourist being welcomed this way fills me with shame. This is a terrible example for the entire industry! No wonder people call us 'shepherds' – they're not entirely wrong.

Improvements are needed for the heating system, both for the room and the water. Having to sleep with an electric heater on all night is far from ideal, and taking lukewarm showers in the morning is equally unpleasant. The staff were very kind and friendly, but the breakfast could also use some improvement.

The room was small, poorly furnished, and situated in a scorching hot attic room. The entire hotel's central air conditioning had been broken for months, but the owners insisted we had been informed at the time of booking, which was false and easily disproven by the booking terms I had agreed to. Only after our persistence, and after spending a night there, were we able to get transferred to another hotel in the area, largely thanks to the helpfulness of the young woman at the front desk. Breakfast was barely adequate, which is more than I can say for the owner, who was arrogant and bordering on rude.

A rather pleasant hotel with extremely friendly, always-smiling staff who genuinely try to communicate in your language. The terrace restaurant was fantastic, offering a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The service manager was absolutely lovely and incredibly attentive. The hotel was pleasant enough, though the soundproofing and bedding weren't ideal. But let's be real, when you're on holiday, you're mostly just there to sleep and shower! A huge thank you to the whole team for such great memories!

Absolutely not recommended. The owner's arrogance, rudeness, and unpleasant disposition were truly off-putting. The reception girl, however, was splendid – a true gem wasted in this establishment. It's a real pity, as you can see the parents invested so much dedication into this venture. It takes so long to build something, and just a moment to destroy it.
