The staff is nice and sweet, the rooms are clean and nice, the beds are comfortable, even tho it seen old it is still good looking. The breakfast is delicius and good, you can eat it outside and inside, both good looking,
The pool is warm and nice, good, the chairs are nice, you have a nice view, you have a also view on the beach far away, the center and food is yummy and good looking.

Family run, very nice hotel in quiet area. Very clean rooms and surroundings, basic but good enough breakfast. Free car park, clean and deep pool. You need a car to explore around. Fantastic local beach - very long, beautiful and quite empty.

We stayed here in July and were delighted with the hotel. We stayed in the suites, which were very spacious and really suited our stay with teenagers. The kids loved the pool and the relaxed feel of the hotel. It was very clean and within walking distance of the restaurant area of the town. The staff were exceptional and were really helpful with any issue or query. We would highly recommend it for those staying in the Valledoria area.

The friendly owner welcomed us and explained where the beaches and restaurants were. The rest of the staff, whom we met during our stay at the accommodation, were also very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Hotel Ariadimari turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. The hotel owner displayed intrusive and harassing behavior towards both our young children and us. We constantly felt watched and monitored, which caused ongoing stress.

The most disheartening moment was when she accused us of fraud and called the police simply because we had made a mistake in our reservation. We intended to rectify the error and pay the correct fee for our children, but her reaction was completely disproportionate. We refused to be labeled as fraudsters and shouted at, which only exacerbated our frustration.

Furthermore, she was aware of our tiny 2- and 4-year-old children, yet she attempted to kick us out of the hotel. Our family felt neglected, and most importantly, our children were stressed by her presence and constant commentary on their behavior, which is typical for children of their age.

During our time by the pool, the owner closely observed us, ensuring that we adhered to the ban on eating and drinking. Despite respecting these rules, we couldn't tolerate the constant monitoring of our actions.

Unfortunately, the place resembled more of an Alcatraz-like prison than a pleasant hotel stay, which the owner claims to be family-friendly on Booking.com.

In addition to monitoring our actions and harassing behavior, the overall condition of the room was significantly below the standards presented in the photos and description. The furnishings were worn and damaged, and our double bed was replaced with a mere sponge, significantly impacting our sleeping comfort.

Overall, our stay was filled with stress and disappointment. We do not recommend this place to families with young children or individuals seeking a welcoming atmosphere. We hope our review will help other potential guests make the right choice.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at the hotel. The service provided by the staff was both terrible and inconvenient. I felt quite uncomfortable while at the pool which greatly affected my overall enjoyment of the facilities.

Particularly disturbing were the owners and the woman in charge left a strong negative impression. Although I don't remember her name, her behavior was far from pleasant. As a person with a disability, I was hoping for a respectful and friendly environment, but unfortunately my experience did not live up to these expectations.

It was depressing to overhear the owner's peculiar interactions with other hotel guests. This added to the uneasy atmosphere of the establishment even more.

As such, I felt compelled to share my experience to highlight the need to improve the customer service and overall atmosphere. I believe that every guest, regardless of the circumstances, deserves kindness, respect and professionalism.

I sincerely hope that my opinion will be taken into account and steps will be taken to resolve these issues. Providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests should be a top priority for any property.

Very nice place, clean pool near to the room. Lot of beds at the pool for free. The pool was open till 8:30 PM. We saw that the staff cleaned it in the morning. Nice garden, full of green plants. The breakfast was also very good, only thing that they did not offer eggs and sausages. The croissant was delicious. We could enjoy our breakfast in the garden. The lady at the reception offered us a beautiful place where we could watch sunset. We visited plaz San Pietro a Mare. The sunbeds and the umbrella cost 25 EUR per one day. The music was good in the bar near to us.

Excellent hotel, clean and tidy! Professional and very friendly staff. Very good and quiet location in the village at a walking distance from bars and restaurants. Swimming pool open during the day. Top!
