Traditional Alpine hotel nestled in the Val Gardena near Ortisei centre. It offers panoramic mountain views.
Renovated: 2008
Location: Val Gardena, 300 metres from the centre of Ortisei, in the quarter Oltretorrente, 40 km from Bolzano airport and 190 km from the airport of Verona. Directly from the hotel you can go skiing (ski-out) to two ski lifts in the training zone with a simple blue runs. To the gondola lift in the ski area Alpe di Susi free Shuttle to the hotel. Return to the hotel as possible, without removing skis (ski-in), but only the training track from the yoke Furdenan (trails of the ski area Alpe di Susi in Ortisei did not go down). Distances from airports: Verona – 185 km, Innsbruck 110 km, Bergamo – 270 km, Venice – 225 km, Milan – 350 km.
It consists of a four Alpine chalets and Tyrolean wooden house-frame.

The cost of the room was disproportionately high given its quality and the extremely poor amenities. The actual condition of the property and rooms bears no resemblance to the images displayed on their website.
Furthermore, the owners, who also operate the business, demonstrated a complete lack of customer service throughout my stay. The room itself had several issues, including a leaking shower and no body wash provided. The location is also incredibly inconvenient, making it difficult to access.
There are many better alternatives available nearby, offering superior accommodations and more convenient access to local restaurants and the town. I strongly recommend choosing a different establishment for your stay.
Would probably go back there when we visit again.

The service was exceptional, and the staff were always happy to accommodate any request, making our stay even more enjoyable. The shuttle service was fantastic—available anytime we called, making transportation effortless.
The location is ideal; we could easily walk down to town, adding to the convenience. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety.
The wellness facilities were outstanding. They have a wonderful heated pool where you can swim from indoors to outdoors and enjoy the breathtaking view. The sauna and steam room were fantastic, and we loved relaxing in the spa with our favorite beverages.
The locker room setup was incredibly convenient for skiing, making it hassle-free to store and access our gear. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this place. We will definitely return for many more ski vacations!
