Every staff is so wonderfully, friendly and helpful!! The daily breakfast and 4 courses dinner is totally amazing, the very best I have see compared to any other hotel that I stayed before.

I will certainly come back over and over again!

Unbelievably wonderful experience. The hotels location is excellent. it’s a short walk to the town center; so, it is tranquil for sleeping and soaking in the pool but within easy access of the lively center. Our room was large and bright and comfortable with a firm bed and plenty of storage space. The staff is superb! Helpful, friendly but not intrusive. The food is extraordinary with many options. Dinner was a culinary delight with beautifully plated courses of delicious food. We got to know the couples at the tables near us and had nice, congenial conversations each evening and morning. And, of course, there are the mountains, which simply take your breath away. Lifts whisk you up to glorious plateaus that stretch out like great green carpets that end at the base of almost unbelievably stunning peaks. I say, “book a room at Hotel La Perla and go!”

This was a perfect visit in Ortisei. First, the place is lovely with very good amenities. We took advantage of the pools and sauna. Second, the food was outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner provided all anyone could ask for with a nice variety. Third and most importantly, was the service. Everyone was so helpful to whatever we needed. This isn’t in the center of the village, which actually provides better views. But if you need to go to a lift or to town, you are whisked away in a van almost immediately. And when you call for pickup, they return in short order. So it was really the best of both worlds with such terrific views from every angle. I would definitely stay again. And every morning, you get a newsletter with info on the area, weather, and activities available. Cannot thank you enough for making the final stay of our vacation perfect!

La Perla is indeed a gem! Located in Corvara, It exudes Old World charm and is in fact, owned by the Costa family as it has been since its beginning. The decor is pure South Tyrolean as is the staff attire; everyone is very pleasant and helpful. This is a place where you leave your key at the front desk. The hotel is set in the most beautiful spot, with views of the Dolomites, an adjacent gondola and nearby hiking and biking trails. The spa has a small indoor pool, saunas, steam, ice room and walking pools of hot and cold water. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of all types of cheeses, meats, salads, cereals, honey and preserves; eggs to order are also included. The food is beautifully prepared and delicious. Rooms are huge with a large sitting area, table and chairs, balcony and a large closet area. Toiletries are fantastic! The only thing missing is an in-room coffee and refrigerator. Despite these lacks, the Tyrolian charm and personalized attention compensate and make the hotel stand out.

All the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The food was varied and delicious and beautifully presented and cooked. The daily magazine was very informative and useful. After a day's walk, it was great to relax by the pool with stunning views, and drinks on the terrace before dinner was special. Rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the the fridge was very useful. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel was excellent- we never waited more than five minutes. Francis and Charlotte

Seven of us stayed at La Perla for a weeks walking holiday in June. We all agreed it was one of the best hotels we'd ever stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, great views from our rooms, friendly staff, super spa facilities. Really appreciated the free minibus to and from town. The food was FAB! 5 courses for dinner every evening - each course was so beautifully prepared and cooked and tasted wonderful.

We were fortunate enough to be allocated newly refurbished suite 144 - a beautiful large room with twin aspect balconies. Bathroom and shower exceptional. Plenty of storage. Bed was lovely but pillows could have done with a change (our fault, we should have mentioned, sure it would have been dealt with in a flash). Cleaning great. Spa extensive and heated indoor and outdoor pools very special! Food was excellent and all staff lovely. We were on an InnTravel holiday and have complimented them on their choice of this family run hotel. Things it might be helpful to know: - shampoo is a eco friendly shampoo bar which (at least on my hair) didn’t work - hairdryer fine - no tea and coffee making facilities in the room - robes and waterproof slippers provided - if walking back to the hotel from Ortisei there is a bit of a sharp hill right at the end but you can always use the hotel mini bus or the local free bus which stops right outside. If we go back to the area we will stay here.

Just back from a wonderful week's stay at La Perla in Ortisei. The hotel is the ideal place to unwind in today's busy world. The location is ideal, outside of the busy town centre and has lovely views towards the mountains. A curtesy mini bus takes you to the centre of town or the lift stations whenever you need it, so its much nicer to be located in a pretty location outside of busy town. We were greeted with a friendly welcome from the lovely receptionists. Indeed all the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Special mention must go to our waiter Paulo, who always greeted us with a cheery hello every morning and was very professional. The food is excellent, both breakfasts with an extensive buffet and delicious omelettes cooked to order and the 4 course evening meals. All set in a lovely dining room with beautiful views. The pool and sauna areas are fantastic and we loved coming back to a swim and sauna after our daily walks, or just relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool. There is also a gym which is needed to work off the calories from afternoon tea! The hotel organises complimentary activities and we had an excellent guided walk in the stunning mountains with Roland who was very knowledgeable. All in all a fabulous week and we hope to go back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of the beautiful Val de Gardena. We felt so well looked after and only wish we could have stayed longer than the six days we had. The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful, the room was large, airy and comfortable, the food was amazing - breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner - just gorgeous. The spa was very relaxing after a hot day out walking in the mountains. We really appreciated the free minibus service to all the areas in Ortisei we wanted to visit and also the free tickets to use the local bus service further afield. We came away feeling fully relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you so much to the whole team.
