It's a good thing that we chose this place as our accommodation.
The staff are very friendly and bus station is right in front of hotel.
Delicious breakfast and a sauna to relieve my fatigue.
You can walk to take Cable car and Hunicula to Seceda & Alpe di siusi
The bathroom and room was clean.
If you choose this hotel you will have a great memory in Urtisei.

We stayed here in early September for 4 nights and our experience was definitely mixed at best. Several issues in my view. First is that they don't have any full time staff at the hotel. Front desk is only manned from 8-5 pm and after that you have to call a cell number for someone that is on call. Lots of steps (lots) and no one there to really help. Not for anyone with back, knee issues. Location is pretty good being in the center of town (that's really the only positive thing). Rooms are good but not overly plush -- very functional. I think in US terms, this is like a Motel 6 or Super 8 (except they have full time staff). We paid over $400 per night which was outrageous. So, we expected some 5 star service and amenities --- it was more like 2-3 star. Wouldn't recommend it especially for anyone over 60.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Immaculately clean rooms. Friendly staff. Right in the heart of Ortisei and just steps to the escalator for Seceda. Covered parking for good price.

Cozy hotel with an excellent breakfast. We were awoken at 7am by the smell of fresh croissants baking in the kitchen. The rest of the breakfast was deleicious and a great way to start an active day. The staff also prepared nice cappuccinos for us.

It is located at the main bus station for the town, which makes getting around very convenient. It is also only a short walk to the seceda tram.

The location is fantastic, with a bus terminal right outside and plenty of buses. The room was incredibly soundproof, so despite the hustle and bustle outside, the room was quiet. The service was excellent! They even provided an electronic bus pass, which was very convenient!

Lovely attic room looking out onto square. Excellent location. Friendly receptionist. Importantly - clean room with beautiful bathroom. Cleaned daily, with clean towels etc. Basic continental breakfast from 7.30. Fruit, breads, Yogurts, scrambled eggs, cereals, ham/ cheese and croissants. Establishment perfect base for hikers in Orisei. Stayed in July 2025.

Clean nice family style alpine hotel. The room was big and clean. It was rather noisy though as it faced the road and the river. We had to keep the windows closed although it was hot. The breakfast was very simple with overcooked eggs and bread which wasn’t fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel is right next to the town church, in the heart of the lively town. Shops and restaurants are all right outside. We even happened to catch the town's annual event, which lasted two days! It's also very close to both cable car stations. The scenery is breathtaking! Parking is also convenient, with the hotel's own parking lot, which is very affordable. The hotel's towels are also very fresh and clean! The front desk staff is very nice! I highly recommend it and will definitely go back next time I have the chance.

We had such a fabulous stay in this hotel. The owner is so friendly and accommodating, and will go out of his way to ensure you have the most pleasant stay, and gives helpful tips for activities in the area.

The hotel rooms have character, yet are modern, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel has a hot tub and a sauna on the 1st floor, which was perfect after a long day of hiking. You also get access to the public pool across the street. This place was perfect for our romantic getaway.

We will return one day!
