Hotel Olimpico in Pontecagnano

Beautful hotel from outside to inside our room. Would be a lovely place to bring a family. Food fantastic.

Idyllic hotel, perfect for visiting attractions in the area.

Hotel Olimpico is a charmingly beautiful place. From the grand entrance area, with the fountains and tastefully lit trees, we knew it was going to be a lovely stay. When we reached our room, we knew it would be phenomenal.

The rooms were immaculately presented, spacious and with a lovely balcony with a great view, cleaned perfectly every day with everything you could need and more.

Breakfast was a great selection of Italian and continental delights, all of a high quality and included a great selection of fresh fruit, juices and a pancake station.
We ate in the restaurant one night where food was delightfully served in beautiful surroundings and of a great standard.

There’s a lovely, clean pool, lots of children’s play activities to the rear of the hotel (so not in the way if you don’t have children), which were well received by our boys.

The best feature of the hotel, however, was the staff, who were so helpful and friendly before and throughout our stay, particularly the wonderful Chiara who gave us so much important information before we arrived.

Would definitely return to this hotel and would absolutely recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Olimpico! The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what really impressed us was the dining experience. The food was seriously delicious — way above typical hotel standards — and the atmosphere was great.

Special thanks to Paulo, our waiter, who made every meal a pleasure with his friendly attitude and excellent service. He really made us feel at home.

Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

Wonderful time here! We’ve even received a free shuttle from Salerno and next day to the airport!
Located on the sea shore, hotel is bright, clean and has a wonderful staff. We were pleased with pool area, the room, the private beach with incredible food service, only sad is we could stay just one night.
Breakfast was also amazing, lots of food to choose from, freshly made coffee and individual eggs or wafles cooking. I would be happy to return, thank you for everything!

The hotel is truly a gem. I am very glad that I booked it. I had a return flight from Salerno Airport and was looking for a place to stay. I would say this is probably the best hotel in the region. The staff are incredibly kind and supportive. The rooms and surrounding area are very clean. There is a pool, a private beach, and much more.

The most important part is that the hotel provides a free shuttle to Salerno, the airport, and back. This is a crucial service if you are staying in this region and planning to explore the Amalfi Coast.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and was blown away by the 5-star service! The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and always ready with a smile, making check-in and any questions a breeze.

Breakfast was a real highlight—plentiful and delicious, with freshly baked pancakes every morning that were hard to resist. The hotel restaurant also deserves a special mention: the Italian food was top-notch, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.

Overall, a fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for great service and an enjoyable stay

The hotel staff and the transfer driver were absolutely fantastic! They were so kind and helpful to my family and me. I had small kids with me, and the hotel was amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice place. Not sure if they just renovated or it was always that nice but the landscaping, design and finishes of the hotel is beautiful. Room was very nice staff was great from the minute we checked in to when we checked out. The restaurant/pool bar staff and everyone was awesome. Shuttle service was very convenient driver was great. Would stay again.
