Francesco was fantastic! Very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and very thorough. He was responsive and provided great recommendations. The room was beautiful, spacious and great price for the quality and location. The breakfast view was unmatched. We also took advantage of the grotto boat tour which Francesco arranged. Thank you for everything!

Beatiful property in the very centre of Vieste. Great location to explore this lovely town. We were lucky to have a free upgrade to a lovely and very spacious suite with sea view, but it was our host Francesco who made our experience perfect. He was welcoming, friendly and helped us with the parking (which may be a bit tricky) so we could enjoy our experience in Vieste. He also suggested things to do and restaurants, as well as optional activities in the area. Delicious breakfast was served in a restaurant next to the main entrance, which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend Dimora Cumma' Mari' for your next stay in Vieste.

We had a wonderful stay in Vieste! Our stay at Dimora Cummà Marì was beyond amazing! The room was large, clean and comfortable and had an incredible view! The old town and beaches are beautiful! Located close to everything, we were able to thoroughly explore the area. Francesco was outstanding…knowledgeable and made sure our stay was memorable!

Small hotel at the entrance to old city center. Francesco is an excellent host. Great communication before arrival, friendly helpful greeting, walked us through the hotels amenities and was available for questions. Really good breakfast. Parking is available which is must in the area. Our room was spacious, with a view over the city. Highly recommend. Good value too.

Our stay was excellent at this hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean and had 2 balconies that had sea views including the lighthouse. The shower was great and large. We had a kitchen but didn’t use it though it was fully equipped. Francesco, the manager, was extremely helpful; meeting us outside the hotel and assisted with the parking of our vehicle which was included with our room. He answered all our questions, was very informative and basically a call away any time. Our breakfast was included and was delicious, an array of savory and sweet dishes!! The hotel was centrally located to shopping, an array of restaurants and beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Vieste!!

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Cummà Marì. Francesco was very helpful from the moment we arrived. He waited for us outside the property and accompanied us to the parking lot. The property is located in the best part of Vieste. Everything you would want to do or see is less than a 10-minute walk away. The room was a great size and was very clean from top to bottom. The views from the terrace were an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vieste!

We drove from Naples to Vieste. Stop in Sant Agatha di Puglia on the way.

Vieste is amazing. Take a boat ride to the caves. And Dimora Cumma Mari was an amazing place to stay. Up toward the top of Vieste…it’s located near the Duomo and the castle there. Great views.

The staff were beyond helpful and able to direct us to terrific eateries. Couldn’t ask for a better first few nights as we started our Puglia road trip. Wow.

Edit: this was the second year in a row we've stayed with Stefano and Valentina at Dimora Cumma Mari. We love the property, we loved our host and hostess, and Vieste is a very special, relaxing place. What follows our review from our first stay. I'd change nothing in what I've written, but would just emphasize again how special it was. Vieste is an absolutely enchanting town on the eastern end of the Gargano peninsula. Dimora Cumma Mari added to our enchantment. The B & B sits literally steps outside the entrance to the old city, so it’s in an absolutely perfect location. The couple running the B & B—Stefano and Valentina—are extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect hosts. The rooms are limited in number: 6 in total. They’re comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and modern; they clearly put a great deal of thought into the original renovation. We stayed in the Marina Deluxe Suite, which featured a lovely view towards the faro, two balconies and a kitchenette. It was delightful. Breakfast was on an interior patio and featured a lovely Mediterranean breakfast buffet. They also have a private terrace on the roof with killer views. Stefano and Valentina are eager to provide their insights on what to see and do, both in Vieste and on the Gargano peninsula (and they send you their own customized guide when you arrive). Given their proximity to the old town, on-site parking is extremely limited, but the hosts will help you figure out parking. I can’t say enough good things about this property or the hosts. We will be returning!
