If you want military-service like place, this is the one! Rules are strict, staff is rude if you happen to violate. You can only sit where they point at during the breakfast (you just eat packed cakes, and poor coffee). If you sit near the window for example, they will rudely ask you to leave that place, because it is reserved for clients (as if we weren't clients).
Go to beach, try to put your own chairs to hotel's place, the lifeguard will firmly shout at you to move to the free part of the beach. Doesn't matter if you are from the hotel unless you pay for the sun lounges.
If you want to check-in later than around 22:00, it is hard to find the solution. Very likely you will sleep in the street unless you try hard and call them and beg for an extension. (otherwise they will keep up stating that 10pm is the latest)
Fortunately, the staff in reception was kind enough.
Room facilities were too poor, they use old, torn out bed spread as towels, and regular bed spreads were also too old, and stained too much although it seems to be clean.
Bed was from 60's, too old and uncomfortable.
Hotel can fix this easily, simply renew the facilities.

We stayed at this hotel in Vieste and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and well-furnished, making them very welcoming. The hotel is surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden, with a small playground for children and several tables for relaxing, perfect for those seeking tranquility.
The parking lot is large and convenient, so there's no stress about your car. The food is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with generous portions and thoughtful attention to detail.
A highlight is the reception staff, who are truly kind and helpful. Special thanks go to Rosa, the owner, a delightful person, as is her husband: you can immediately sense the passion and care they put into their work.
The sea is truly just steps away: not the usual "two steps" described, but literally just across the street and you're on the beach. The hotel also has its own beach club, which is very convenient.
It's an ideal place for those who want to truly relax. The hotel is very quiet in the evenings, but if you prefer, you can easily go to a nearby campsite where there's music, or take the car to the center of Vieste, which is very close, or to other nearby campsites.
We had such a great time that we'll definitely be back again this year. A wonderful place that we absolutely recommend.

The hotel's location is truly splendid: right on the seafront, which makes the stay very pleasant from the moment you wake up. At first, I found the beds a little too firm for my taste, but the staff was very helpful and provided me with a topper, which made my sleep much more comfortable. This gesture was greatly appreciated.
As for the restaurant, the atmosphere and menu are reminiscent of a very simple and traditional cuisine: perhaps suitable for those seeking light, unfussy dishes, but personally, I would have liked a little more variety and liveliness in the menu.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, thanks primarily to the location and the kindness of the staff.

The structure as a whole is very good for those looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and away from the chaos of the most popular tourist destinations. Very close to the sea and with an equipped beach. Very spacious, clean rooms with a small terrace !! The thing that struck me most is the kindness of the dining room staff, young, nice and professional guys. I hope that the company will be able to enhance these guys because they deserve it and are the image of the structure. Really congratulations!

Great rooms, clean, new, clean bathrooms, spacious showers. The water from the taps is salty, it looks like sea water. Terrace overlooking the greenery, excellent parking. Very close beach with excellent sunbeds, included in the living room, beautiful sea. It would have been 5 stars, but unfortunately I gave 2 stars for the food. You eat very badly, sloppy, poorly seasoned, poor portions, dishes served almost cold, prepared in advance with frozen foods, or preserved. The fish is not caught, but defrosted. There are no typical local dishes, all things you can do very well at home and much better! In short, the kitchen leaves much to be desired, so much so that after a 2-day stay I opted to go out to eat, in Vieste, Peschici where there are excellent restaurants that cook local and well-made dishes. The dining room staff is very courteous and polite, the waiters are attentive and try to please the customers as much as they can, but unfortunately the orders given are different!
CERTAINLY I will never come here again, even if they give me the stay !!!!!

Overall, this is an excellent structure located a few meters from the beach and umbrellas (reserved for hotel guests who have at least half board).
The interior is very clean and tidy, the rooms for what I have seen have all been refurbished with very nice and comfortable bathrooms and all have a spacious balcony or terrace.
The table service is very well cared for with the numerous and very young waiters who literally "pampered" us throughout our stay.
The car park is very large and I always found a place even returning late at night. About this I must say that the hotel offers the possibility to be totally independent and to be able to return at any time.
The only drawback is that of the kitchen which lacks a little variety in the choice of dishes.
Overall, however, we found ourselves very well, considering the quality / price ratio and we will probably return.
