Hotel Santa Rosa in Brombolo

The property is located a few steps from the sea, for the rest I strongly advise against this structure:
- Reception non-existent, the staff is never present in the structure,
- Cleaning even worse, as soon as you entered the room there was a strong bad smell,
- We spent the second night in white because the air conditioning didn't work and the owner didn't even bother to apologize,
- The hot water works with an electric heater of a few liters, it was turned off when I arrived and the same is enough to shower a person
- No internet connection, no telephone connection with the staff of the structure, poorly functioning television.
Poor breakfast when we arrived for it (8:30 am) the other guests had already finished, I waited 30 minutes to have some frozen croissants and put them to cook.
All this at the price of a 4-star hotel

Although the structure has good potential, it lacks significant problems: friendly service but not very present, in the room there were numerous cobwebs in the corners and on the baseboards, on the walls there was a sign of infiltration in fact the room was very humid, the air conditioner worked at times and only at a minimum, therefore too cold, on our arrival the pillowcases were missing and the towels were never changed, even though they had said they would be changed every two days. all the water came out, the drain was plugged, and the bathroom heater dripped onto the bin, wetting the entire floor. Finally, there is no connection and the phones took very little. The only positive note, the breakfast in a beautiful garden and the strategic position on the seafront. In the face of all these problems, the cost is definitely excessive!
