The hotel provided a bus pass to go into the old town which was really appreciated.

Very noisy with very limited facilities, not even a kettle or bar fridge. Staff were helpful.

I enjoyed the beautiful cityscape and starry sky from my room window, and my comfortable room was a delight. There's no refrigerator, but the hotel has restaurants and cafes, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The hotel staff kindly provided tourist information, and we received a Bolzano Card, which allowed us to easily take the bus and cable car to the beautiful mountains and idyllic meadows. While avoiding the hottest times of the day, we hiked along the river to the castle, walked around town for cafes and gelato on the way to the cable car, and spent some time relaxing at museums and churches.

The front desk service was very good, above average, better than the other hotels we stayed in. When they learned we needed a twin room, they even changed our room for free.

The hotel is very good. I was worried about the distance, but it turned out to be OK. I didn't take the bus, but walked there according to the navigation, which was an acceptable distance. The hotel is clean and hygienic. There is a supermarket and a fruit supermarket at the door. There are also many restaurants, all of which taste good. For bus card. Very nice, will come again next time.

Property located next to a church and in the morning you are being woken up by the bells every hour (loud bells and it last forever) also staff tried to get into our room 3 times while we were sleeping. I just don’t understand that. Beds are also horrible.
Not worth the $350 per night that we paid.

I had a stopover on my way to Milan. The room was nice and the location was good. The hotel provided transportation tickets, but I didn't use them. There was no drinking water in the room, no kettle, tea, coffee. Parking is available at an additional cost.
