Nice rooms. Except the AC did not work. We paid $300 for a room and we didn’t sleep! The room climbed to 24.5! The spa was nice but it took us 20 minutes to find. Poor signage and the door was locked. The desk staff grumpily showed us the way. Then there wasn’t a sip of water anywhere in or near the spa.

Very nice, clean and quiet place with great service and very generous people. Officially this hotel is 3 stars but definitely is 4+. Had a great experience there and definitely will come back again, definitely recommend 👍

I had to apologize to the staff for arriving early, I felt like an irritation to them landing in at 12pm.
Further inconvenienced them when I asked them where to leave our bikes ( we were on an organized bike tour..)
That said. Rooms were immaculate. The hotel feels brand new.
Massive spa downstairs with big, luxurious swimming pool and 3 separate spa areas.
Breckie was neither good nor bad.
Biggest issue for me was the AC didn't really work properly in the room. Just a lazy whiff of cold air.
Overall , good hotel, facilities, service needs some work.

I stayed in hotel Chrys for 4 days and on the second day I realised that we probably have bed bugs. After going to the reception to tell them about this, they told us it’s just mosquito bites and that we don’t have to worry because they disinfect the place every 10 days and that they did a “test” that day and there were “no bugs”. Because we didn’t see the bugs, we thought maybe it’s true, but we kept getting really bad bites every night. On our last night we found a bed bug and brought it to the reception - the guy didn’t even apologise and continued speaking in italian to our tour manager and not directly to us. Super disrespectful and careless manager of the hotel. If this happens, I would at least expect some accountability, but there was none.
The breakfast, room itself and pool are actually very nice but the guy at the reception is unfriendly and not helpful.

I take one star off cause it was too loud on the corridor site (I guess that door were to thin) and AC worked really weird (it was switching on and off during the night). However I lover the balcony, bathroom and the receptionist was really inviting, helpful and friendly. It is really close to a grocery store. The parking could be better. The underground parking was closed when we came and there was not enough room to park properly (one bus takes 50% of parking space).

Well, if alla 3 stars hotels would be like this one... We would need 10 stars hotels for having certain standards guaranteed.

Clean and functional room with a double bed. Quiet. Slept well. Breakfast was typical buffet style with kaiser buns and some all pre-packaged pumpernickel bread. Not a great selection of bread in other words, but fine if you're not picky. Also had yoghurts, fruits in syrup, some luncheon style meats and cheese and coffee.

It is a nice and quiet hotel, although quite far from Bolzano's centre. In view of the cost, surprising is a pretty simple breakfast.
Maybe we were just unlucky, but the receptionist was very arrogant. We arrived after a long mountain hike and probably looked a bit worn out, but was it a sufficient reason to treat us as a particularly repugnant bug creeping from mud?
