Great stay here. Hotel was very clean and the room comfortable. They had good secure parking. Highly recommend if wanting to visit Venice as the bus goes from right outside and is only a short trip in. Nice friendly staff.

Excellent location and excellent staff. It had a bus route to Venice right at the front of the hotel. The only drawbacks were the rooms were quite old, they were clean but the age was showing. Further, the area was a bit shady. Overall it was great.

Perfect location, with buses to Venice just right in front of the hotel, and the buses run till late. Best if the front-desk staff could smile a bit more, but were generally still okay.

Was really worried about the quality of this hotel as lots of reviews are bad. However, I can say it is okay and clean, no strange smell, not the best but worth what I paid. There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel, can take the bus directly to Venice, very convenient.

The location is an excellent as the bus to Venice main island is directly in front of the hotel and there is a supermarket just beside the hotel. Also there is a McDonald’s restaurant and a mega supermarket 5 mins away. Room is clean also but the only minus point is weak and slow wifi . Hope this can be improved.

Many customers say they are sooo polite , and they are correct! The father, Papa, actually took us in their van and dropped us off at a restaurant. Perfect place to stay if you would like to be close to Venice and the airport. I am very sensitive to noise and the rooms were very quiet. The area is industrial, so there is not much traffic at night. I would surely stay there again!

Fantastic hotel for families. Very accommodating. We arrived well past midnight and they weny above and beyond. Very clean and comfortable beds. One complaint is there are no laundry facilities even though ******* description has them listed. Absolutely will stay here again.

The property is newly renovated. 5 min walk to the train, which is one stop away from Venice. Or you can take the bus which is right outside the doors of the hotel. Parking is great and secure. The only issue is that there are no shops or restaurants close by, so you need to commute.

It's good for a night or two. The rooms are clean, comfy, and the service is nice - they helped us when we asked them. The only issue is that the hotel is far from the other part of the city, so it is mandatory to take public transport. But overall, it was good.

It's located in a quiet area, clean, and the owner is very friendly. The breakfast bread and coffee are delicious. The city bus to Venice is right across the street, which is convenient. They also sell cold beer at the reception!

Rooms were ok but hot. They do provide free pastries and coffee, and a free gift at check out. If the ac was working better I would go again but had to leave the window open which brought in extra bugs. The rooms with a shared bathroom were interesting too they need a better way to indicate its occupied.

The room wasn't very large, but it was clean. The door was sturdy, giving me a strong sense of security. The croissants for breakfast were delicious, with a crispy crust. They also had a cute black and white cat named Jimmy. I chose a room without a bathroom, and their shared bathroom was clean and fresh, with no safety or hygiene issues.

This hotel was adequate for my stay. I checked in two days before with a 10 day break and two days after the room on second floor met all the specs of needed. However, the one on the ground floor was very noisy with the stairs almost going over it and the outside wall to the street noisy breakfast which doesn’t start until 730 was unavailable on my leaving day.

I was a little disappointed in the All car breakfast as I’m type two diabetic and found limited choices

Stayed at Hotel Cris during a short stay in Venice and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I had everything we needed; staff member named Anna does an excellent job of representing the hotel and making it feel like home! I will absolutely be returning to Hotel Cris and will be recommending it to all of my traveling friends.

Great budget hotel! It’s about a 15 minute bus ride into Venice. The room had air conditioning, which was heavenly. It is also about a 5 minute walk from a big grocery store. Very clean rooms. There is also a room with a microwave, some cutlery and a fridge (there is no sink there though so you have to go back to your room to wash your dishes).

Should be more than one star! Upsides: good location, close to transport to Venice, nice staff, clean rooms, close to shops, felt safe, air conditioning Downsides: no cooking facilities, more of a place to stay the night than to stay all day Overall, does the job, would defo recommend for smaller groups of people (eg.not families) who want cheap and safe accommodation.

Nice hotel for the price in the City Mestre. very budget friendly and free parking in their private yard. nice hotel if you are on a car holiday and want to visit Venice you can leave the car and walk 300 meters to bus number 4L which goes directly to Venice in 12 minutes. the hotel staff is extremely friendly and guides you through your trip.

Hotel is near to Bus Stop and you can get No. 2 Bus directly to Island. Room was nice and linens were clean. The heating was not operational in our room and there was issues with lightning. Lightning was resolved the other day but heating couldn't. TV also has not any reception. Bathroom was okay. Overall its a liveable place.

This is a cosey place and very clean, but not much to it. It is in a decent location, right beside the number 2 bus route to Venice (so easy to use) and is a short walk to the centre of Mestre. The staff will completely go out of their way to help you, very knowledgable and willing to help. Breakfast is sound, good to fill the tummy for energy to start the day.

Location is very good. It's near the station but also quite with surrounding. The thing they provide is valuable for the price. Room is comfortable with the windows and air conditioning. While it was reasonably priced and conveniently located near the train station (making it an easy trip by train for 1.5 euro to Venice Santa Lucia), my wife and daughter felt the property was a bit out dated. I stayed there with my mother for 3 nights. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and of decent size. The hotel is just a 5m walk to the train ans bus stop to go to Venice, very convenient. We didn’t really explore what was around, but there were plenty of food options close by. I would recommend for people who want to easily commute to Venice. :)

With children, having two beds solves the problem. It happened to be very hot in Venice, and I found that the air conditioner was relatively old and could be used. The facilities are generally quite old.

The hotel is near the public transport. But this was the first time we stayed in a hotel that has private bathroom outside the room, and no elevator for big baggage, quite uncomfortable. But after all, it was ok and reasonable with the price

The experience was a 3. Although all the staff were wonderful, it is not a 2 star hotel, it is a hostel although the rooms have private bathrooms. The best thing is how well connected it is. In front you have a bus stop and behind the tram to Venice. Maximum a couple of nights.

The hotel staff is very cooperative and supportive. The rooms, beds and other facilities are clean. The only problem is that hot water in the bathroom comes after you leave the tap running for 5 - 10 mins. Also one more inconvenience is that they don't have a PayPal payment option. The payment can only be done using credit card in case of advance booking.

Electrical sockets and in odd position or broken/not working. Shower with a curtain making literally all the toilet wet if you dare to take a shower. The staff is nice and very accommodating. The hotel has no elevator whixh is hard when bringing our luggage up. Also the airport shuttle is not free, it is a taxi that booked by hotel per customer request.

we stayed here for 2 nights and its a lovely little hotel! there were shared bathrooms but we arent too fussy about that, the breakfast was simple and substantial, the food at the restaurant looked great and its only a 10 minute 3 euro bus ride from the centre! it's next to a highway but with the window closed it wasnt loud at all, the rooms have air conditioning and the service was absolutely lovely...

Great for a stop over night if staying but no longer I’d say. Didn’t get to try the restaurant which looked busy so could be calling a 3 too early. Air con in room was a small unit. Towels smelled like vinegar & the bathroom shower felt a bit off.

If I was going to pay, I would have preferred to pay it at the same time as paying the bill. The location is great!
