Really tidy, clean and safe hotel. Personal is helpful. Bathroom is shared but clean. I really liked it

We needed late check-in and this place offered that. Rooms and toilets are simple but clean. Personnel very nice and friendly.

Great budget hotel! It’s about a 15 minute bus ride into Venice. The room had air conditioning, which was heavenly. It is also about a 5 minute walk from a big grocery store. Very clean rooms. There is also a room with a microwave, some cutlery and a fridge (there is no sink there though so you have to go back to your room to wash your dishes).

It was a very pleasure to stay at Francesca and Antonios place. The place is super nice, calm and this couple are just awesome. They are very friendly and flexible and you can have fun and good talks. I can very much recommend this place and as soon I pass by again, I will defenetly stay there again. Thanks a lot for the great time to both of you! :)

Staff very friendly and air conditioning worked good. Two of the bathrooms were pretty nice but the other was gross. There are three toilets that all share a bathroom with a shower so in the mornings if three people are showering you can’t use the bathroom.

The only good thing about this place is the location and even then it's a 20 minute walk to the station. It's expensive for a budget hostel, but relative to Venice the price is good. Everything is very basic- one bathroom in the whole building, very low quality, no lockers and no other facilities.

PERVERT ALERT!!!
Ladies watch out for the short bold macedonian guy!
The second I arrived this guy was following me around and pursuing me to the point that it was very inappropriate
First, he would knock on my door and then immieatly enter without my resonse
Clearly, he was attracted to me and was very persistent about ‘hanging out’ with me and going to get a drink. This was within the first 30 minutes of me arriving. Nothing too big, I’m used to this. Second, every time I would take my belongings (computer/phone) with me to my car, he would insist that I leave it in my room. Perhaps so he could look to find any photos and what not. After this continuing multiple times, it got worse. As I was about to take a shower one day, I realized I left my phone in my room.
When I opened the bathroom door to get my phone, the guy running the hotel was on the other side of the door trying to see me naked through the key hole!!
As a woman traveling by myself, I was so scared. I packed my stuff immediately and left that shithole.
I think I should have called police and report this perv.
Stay away from this place!!!!!!

Should be more than one star!
Upsides: good location, close to transport to Venice, nice staff, clean rooms, close to shops, felt safe, air conditioning
Downsides: no cooking facilities, more of a place to stay the night than to stay all day
Overall, does the job, would defo recommend for smaller groups of people (eg.not families) who want cheap and safe accommodation.

This is definitely a budget hotel, so if you're looking for over the top and super fancy I would recommend staying somewhere else. but with that being said this hotel was way better than we expected. the bus stop to get to venice was a 3 minute walk and then about a 10 minute bus ride. the owners and people working in the hotel were super friendly and were having trouble with their card reader so we had to pay in cash but they allowed us to pay them the next day rather than refusing to let us get situated in our room and forcing us to carry our luggage to an ATM nearby.
