However, when we got there for check in we had to wait an hour because our room wasn't ready. At check in, the elderly lady was mocking our passport photos and names, and called us stupid, thinking we wouldn't understand Italian.
Room was cramped and outdated. We had to pay extra to use the aircon which we declined. Also no wifi!??? Not sure what century they think we're living in.
A 100€ deposit was required which was laughable considering the state of the place.
We've been travelling the past 3 months and it's by far the worse and most overpriced accommodation we've stayed in. Horrible experience and a waste of money.
All in all we were fine even if in very few COVID19 cases.
Perhaps as already highlighted by others, a small renovation would make it even more attractive and functional.
Recommended for families with children.
