I spent 6 nights at the hotel. Beautiful views, crisp, clean, safe room, serene pool. Wonderful service, kind, family run staff who offered ideas and transportation. Lovely variety of fresh fruit and breakfast options with made to order espresso or cappuccino each morning. Flavio spoke English and was the most helpful and friendly person. He lent me a correct charger. Also the rest of the staff (family) were so good too, Gea, Sarah, and Valeria. Thank you all! I cannot wait to bring my family back to Hotel Falco d’Oro.

I stayed at this hotel in Puglia and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Itria Valley. The location is perfect, well-connected to all the main towns in the area. The property is well-maintained and immaculately clean, with a beautiful pool and huge, comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was one of the most pleasant surprises: rich and varied, with many carefully prepared artisanal products. I really appreciated the homemade lactose-free ciambellone and the variety of packaged products suitable for those with intolerances like me.

Another strong point is the kindness of the staff: always helpful and attentive, they even lent us an umbrella when we realized we hadn't brought one. A simple gesture that truly makes a difference and demonstrates how much they care for their guests.

Such a beautiful place to stay in. Travelling with a group of friends around Apulia and south of Italy. We stayed for two nights. The hotel has big rooms and comfortable beds. We liked the location because it’s in the middle of the nowhere and gives you the option to travel around without worrying about parking spaces. We saw Lecce, Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano a mare and Bari all of them within an hour car drive distance.
Staff were very polite, helpful and attentive! Breakfast was so rich - lots of ham, cheese, croissants, juices and water.

I had the pleasure of staying over the weekend and had a great time. The room is very nice and spacious even with a veranda, clean and recently renovated. The owners are very kind and helpful. At breakfast they served us a plentiful and fresh breakfast, not packaged, even a freshly baked donut. I'll be back in the summer to take a dip in the pool 😜👍
