We had dinner at the Agriturismo Calamate restaurant for two nights and everything was absolutely delicious. We started with a fresh and creamy burratina served with vegetables — the perfect beginning to the meal. The traditional Orecchiette con pistachi e gamberetti was full of flavor, and the Octopus in pignata was tender and perfectly cooked. Every dish was made with care and tasted amazing.
Luca, the owner, and the staff were kind and welcoming, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You can really feel the love for local food and tradition in everything they serve. Highly recommended for an authentic and unforgettable experience!

Beautiful place Good food Km 0 Orecchiette with sausage sauce top!! Highly recommended!!!!! Homemade bread made by them exquisite and above all good wine!!! Very elegant place ... surrounded by greenery but very fine! The Puglia that we like!!! Friendly staff!!

I stayed at this agriturismo for a few days with my family. The place is very beautiful, well-kept and the apartments are functional and very clean. Breakfast is included in the stay and, what is not to be taken for granted, the cleaning of the apartment. The owner Luca is a kind and helpful person and breakfast is served with excellent quality organic products. Simply perfect!

Very nice location, green, clean and well-kept. Excellent food, abundant and typical! Attention to the customer. Very clean environments. We stayed 11 days at this structure that we recommend and recommend!! Thanks Luca for the dedication and kindness.

Very clean studio apartment, very helpful managers. Super and abundant breakfast, every morning with fruit cakes and typical products never repetitive. We went with our dog welcome also to the restaurant. Beautiful garden with fig trees in front of the porch

When we arrived in Gallipoli we wanted to go to a farm and they recommended this one. Nice place with all the greenery around (those who stay there enjoy a very nice place) and good food: excellent first courses, good also for the octopus with potatoes and fried bread and the sliced steak with salad. Nice location but for us the farm is something else! More rustic, less perfect.

I only went to the restaurant for dinner. What a delight. The staff were lovely and the food outstanding. It was the perfect balance of traditional dishes, well executed.

The staff also made a real effort with language. This is very much a local restaurant, which is why it’s totally worth the trip.

Lovely place, the house was situated just in the middle of a wonderful garden, where we had dinner.
The staff was helpful and nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.
