We stayed a week at this hotel and we had a great time, from every point of view! The room was equipped with everything you need and had an amazing sea view! The common areas, both internal and external, were large and varied, very pleasant both during the day and in the evening. Impeccable cleanliness and attentive service to every little need. Meals were served in a large common room, where you easily made friends with the neighbors! A special and heartfelt thanks goes to Maitre Paolo D'Orio: he managed the room in an impeccable, professional and empathetic way, despite being around 300 people. Professionals like him are rare pearls in hotel hospitality and is certainly the pride of the hotel. Another huge thanks goes to Dario and Sabatino, to whom we wish all the best!

We spent the last 2 weeks of July and were immediately greeted with attention. The food is varied and allows for a good choice. The waiting staff are efficient and polite. A note of merit to Mr. Giovanni, very willing to give all the necessary information
to please customers. Mario, the group's mascot, brings a note of joy. Wonderful is the view from the terrace at all hours of the day and evening. The rooms are functional and clean. In the evening the piano bar works with the wonderful repertoire of Neapolitan songs and more.

Convenient location, walking distance from the pier of arrival.
Our group were allocated the rooms are external, very uncomfortable, I would say, especially if you make use of the thermal swimming pool, as you can easily access, in a bathrobe, but is assigned a locker in an area called the locker room, but that has nothing to do with the dressing room!!! Personally for the change are due to go to a room next to where they do the massages. I highly recommend you change the hairdryer or take it directly from the house, in fact we caught a nice cold, because, having exterior-facing rooms and not functioning well, the hair dryer, the blow air is guaranteed!
Beware the extras, you kill! Among the services the bar are not included and the kit of bathrobe and headphones and tokens.
The rooms are without slippers, it is inadmissible for a 4 star hotel!
Food plentiful but not quality, on a positive note, the friendliness of the waiters and, in particular, Andrea and Federica.

I was in this hotel from the 23rd to the 1st of march 2020
Excellent hospitality, beautiful place and staff are always very attentive to the requests, the kitchen very good and varied. We visited the island of Ischia and Procida, we were very well received by all, there is nothing true of what they say on TV, for a single person you can accuse of the island. Surely as soon as I can I will visit again these wonderful places that I highly recommend.

We spent the new year in this hotel. The final assessment is positive. The end of year dinner was at a height of 4 stars! Food very good and the service excellent. Sour note is that the rooms are external to the structure, if you need to make use of the swimming pool you can not get the 250 metres, in the middle of winter, even if you are in Ischia, in the bathrobe!!! And the pool is not well organized for people who arrive the dress. However, as I said before, the experience was positive, the room clean and daily change of towels. The beautiful location, overlooking the harbour. And then the island is magic!!!

Vacationing at Christmas, loved the four pools with thermal water ,hotel is on the mountain a great view of the sea ,the food is very tasty, all very much will come again highly recommend.

I am staying with my wife Lucia at the Hotel Cristallo Palace Casamicciola. I have to say that we could not hope for better.Perfect for the kitchen, clean and comfortable.Truly top.
A special thanks to Pasquale the waiter, who with great professionalism, we are spending lots of time at the table.
Will be back for sure to the Hotel Crystal Palace.
