We are a younger couple and absolutely loved it. Great selection of thermal baths and areas to relax. Beach is 5 min walk, lots of quality sea food restaurants walking distance. Would definitely go again.

We were one of the rooms which was away from the main hotel. The room was clean a bit dated by ok. Very good value. The staff were nice a friendly. The hotel is a nice place to relax. The bus stops outside the hotel and the islands bus service is amazing €14 for a weeks ticket and buses run every 15 minutes even at night.

Great location, also a very good hotel, even when it was fully booked there were enough sunbeds at the pool and on the beach. The service is very good, from the reception desk over the waiters to room service. This was our second time in two years. Always a great experience. The rooms were very good with comfortable beds. This year we had great views of the sea. The food was delicious. What a beautiful island resort! We were there September 2025 and the weather and environment was fantastic! The room was spacious and offered a breathtaking ocean view! They also have a sundeck platform that extends into the ocean. You will climb down around 97 steps to reach it! The in house safe wasn't programmed but we worked around this. We were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary and the lovely receptionist surprised us with the same beautiful room that we had for our honeymoon there along with a bottle of champagne. It made our anniversary extremely special.

A wonderful hotel with a thermal pool, comfortable rooms, delicious dinners on the roof with a magical view. The main thing is that all the staff are incredibly nice people! Of the minuses - bad Wi-Fi. And one more thing... this is not a minus, but a wish - to make breakfasts a little more varied. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This lovely hotel is very well staffed with the most helpful and courteous people. The garden is stunning and the thermal pool is very refreshing. The location is great with easy access to the main shopping street and to the beach. The hotel grounds are lovely and peaceful. The bar staff are amazing and so accommodating. The food served is good with a good range of even meal options. Beach chairs and umbrellas are now free for use.

The grounds were beautiful. It is not walkable outside of the hotel so you need to take a bus or get a cab if you do not have a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only big issue were the rooms. Ours was very moldy, even the mattresses had mold on them.

The pools were spectacular and the views were incredible! The snack bar staff and front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a little difficult to find people to help with luggage and spa services.

This resort is amazing. You get so much more than you pay for. Lots of space. So many great accommodations. The pools are amazing. There’s Total freedom to explore without feeling micromanaged. Common sense rules. I left feeling like I was born again. The only problem is you won’t want to leave the resort to do anything else. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this property. It’s beautiful. We stayed in a Junior suite with large balcony overlooking some of the pools (there are a lot of pools with varying degrees of heat.) The staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everything was perfect! We enjoyed the location- if you are down for walking up and down stairs, then it’s not bad for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time. The 10 pools (8 thermal) were excellent but we were disappointed to find out our 7 and 9yr olds could not go into the thermal pools so were limited to 2 pools and the sea. What a beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing, the decor was beautiful, very moorish, we had a great room, (224), which had a beautiful pool and sea view. Fantastic hotel, the private beach area is relaxing, and the spa treatments are excellent. Nearby plenty of restaurants and the bus stop to see other parts of the island is just outside the entrance. Located a few hundred meters from Sorgeto Bay, the structure is surrounded by greenery, in the peace and serenity of this corner of the island. Mrs. Barbara knows how to recommend the best unmissable places on the island, from food to beaches. We spent 4 days of pure relaxation. Super recommended.
