Where to stay with kids in Naples

BUT! We can’t complain since we got a free upgrade and our room was cleaned and made daily! We had some troubles with the toilet on our third day but that was resolved with in 30 minutes! The breakfast was amazing everyday with an amazing view! The pool was a bit on the expensive side with €4,50 a person

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel

A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended

Breakfast was excellent in terms of choices of food and had a beautiful view ,on looking Capri and the bay of Naples! The staff were generous with their time and payed attention to details- rare for a 4* hotel

It was a pleasant surprise to stay in a room that was one the original ‘museum rooms’. The furniture and the flooring were well preserved in the style of 1952- which we loved

You can walk to the historic sites along the sea in 10-15mins. There were a lot of very good restaurants, both serving excellent seafood and pizza

The breakfast buffet was pretty basic and somewhat disappointing- mostly pastries and cold continental with 2 semi warm options. The location is manageable - a bit out of the city, about 20 minutes on the metro train

My family and I had a great time at this property. We stayed for a concert, and it's right across the street from the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. Very quiet, we slept well, and the breakfast was quite varied

Perfect stay for exploring Naples and visiting the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum. Charming building, steeped in history, and furnishings by local designers. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean

The rooms are spacious and clean. If you don’t mind the grandiose 1940’s architecture, then the hotel is fine. Nothing exceptional but nice and spacious. Rooms have high ceilings and electric shutters as well as AC

especially if you want to access the Ferry Terminal. It is a 6 min walk while dodging traffic. Beautiful Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. Morning Breakfast has a nice variety of foods to choose from

Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us

They even loaned me an electric converter at no charge, since I had brought the wrong one; although with the usb outlets I could have done without it. Plenty of hangers and closet space for two people

After 2 weeks of traveling and having a variety of experiences, it was comforting to know that I could count on the consistency of a Marriott Renaissance experience for our last two nights

Special thanks for Laura, it was amazingly nice experience to stay at this hotel :) Due to the season off for the swimming pool, we could have not to enjoy the thermal water around this area, but she offered an upgrade for our room to enjoy bathing in our room

The staff at this hotel were exceptional from the restaurant staff, the housekeeping staff and the pool gardener. The rooms were air conditioned. The bathrooms had towels and soap

Breakfast was exceptional plentiful choices and new dishes added daily. The pineapple juice was really great and the hot served items as well as continental

There was a kettle to make tea and a safe. We had a terrace on the third floor. Cameras in abundance everywhere ensuring you feel safe on the property

Staff was very helpful and the services available made it for easy access all around Napoli!

The rooftop breakfast view is good, but the food quality is not good, and there are a lot of flies. The Italian service staff was lukewarm to us, a kind of politeness to keep a distance

The hotel itself is historic, and the interior hardware has been renovated and is very modern, but the standard room part does not have a window (we were assigned room 302 when we checked in)

Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website

Ctrip customer service confirmed with the front desk that there was no window and compensated us 20% of the room fee within five minutes

The hotel's official website only shows pictures with windows, which is not Ctrip's fault

Great hotel, amazing views, and great staff who are willing to help with anything. we had a problem with the plumbing, and they moved us to a better room, no questions asked

In short, the scenery of the hotel is really nothing to say, the room is not big, but it is enough. When checking out, I took a taxi from the taxi point at the entrance of the hotel to mergellina station

I booked this hotel because the room has a very good view. I was really touched when I arrived. But if you want to visit the city of Napoli, it is still a little far from the city

Because we are going to Pompeii the next day, the station here Mergellina has a direct train to Pompeii, which is very convenient without transfer. The hotel also has a very good restaurant

When we arrived and first entered the room the view off the balcony captured us immediately, little did we know that balcony had a further treat for us once the sun set and Naples lit up! We found the staff very attentive and helpful

This hotel was over the top amazing!!! The staff was incredibly accommodating, the rooms were so fresh and clean, you can tell they put in a lot of work to make sure the sheets aren’t wrinkled too! Overall, I will be coming back!! They helped us with getting a taxi, finding the best spot to eat nearby

Good location if you are flying out the next morning for a flight. We were worry about early transportation for a flight and the gentleman at the desk was able to set up a taxi for us at 3:45am

Improvements could be soap bars not individual plastic pouches and eggs at breakfast. We would highly recommend if visiting with car

The location is not bad, it's a 10 minute walk from Naples Central Station. The surrounding area is a little dark, so it's a little scary at night

We stayed three nights to attend a wedding. The church was just a few feet away and the reception was held at the hotel. It was a lovely stay with amazing views

I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Napoli. The views are amazing on the terrace, 7th floor, and in most of the rooms themselves. There is a pool which is nice, although it is small and closes every day at 5pm

Wish it was open slightly later, but you’re allowed to still hang around the pool after 5pm, just not it in. It’s fun to just wander around the hotel and learn about the different art within it

It takes less than 5 minutes walk to be in the Spanish quarter and its various dedications to Maradona, Sophia Loren, and Toto; about 10 minutes walk to reach the main road with shops and museums; and 10-20 minutes walk to see the Caravaggios in town and the amazing museum of archeology

We used this hotel for one overnight stay prior to catching a flight from Naples after a holiday in Ischia. We booked the family suite room. Food was delicious and authentic

Pool was clean, sun loungers were clean, some umbrellas needed changing. Do not use this hotel as your main holiday base unless you’re prepared to drive and not bothered about its location or facilities

Swimming pool was available to use with no additional charges as per some reviews, you do however need to wear a swim cap for “hygiene” purposes if you’re dunking your head

Another downside for me was that the pool closes too early in the afternoon

Just a note for future customers: we missed the vegetables in the morning for breakfast like tomato or paprika etc. If you could add that for the breakfast menu would be perfect

Its a bit far from the center but the hotel offers free shuttle to the nearest metro station. It was all ,good staff was amazing and friendly

The bar outside is fun and really loud ! The blanket is itchy i dont know why but it’s itchy ! The shower doesn’t have the door. I like how welcoming the empty fridge is especially if you very thirsty

Good luck big poopers out there bc they give you only one toilet roll. The music is breathtakening till 2 at night especially on a very exhausting day when you absoltely knackered

Taxi from airport cost us €25, I reckon we could actually walk to the airport from here. I’m glad we are only here for a weekend stay, anything more than a couple of nights and I would of probably changed hotels

Noisy people and traffic all night but I was on top floor so muffled noise a bit. No form of food service in hotel although right outside good cafes bars for snacks. Down the road few good restaurants

Not anywhere as bad as the reviews on Tripadvisor had warned us. Staff was very serviceminded, hotel clean and nice, breakfast 3 Euros. Maybe a bit too far fra town but still walking distance.

They also tried to double charge a tourist tax which we already paid when we arrived there. So if you go this hotel, be careful that they don't charge more than should and ask a bill always when you have paid something

Althought they charged me the price of 4 breakfasts instead of 2 and gave me italian language bill which I didn't understand anything about. I sent them a message about but they didn't reply to message

I sent them a new message in a week and they replied it. I asked if they can refund 6 euros for mu credit card but they said they can offer me a meals back until I get to Italy

They are not respect tourists there. They only wanna steal your money. The area like the hole city was dirty and full of rubbish all over

Enzo is amazing! His service is top-notch, and he really cares about ensuring you have a nice stay in his hotel, and in Naples. His shuttle service to and from the airport or the metro station are huge time-savers

The hotel is such a good price, and includes a nice breakfast. The room was spacious with a decent sized bathroom and balcony. Enzo also picked us up from the airport and drove us to the metro every morning

The restaurant here also cooks evening meals but we were never there for it so I don't know what it's like. The restaurant is clean, as was our room. This is a budget hotel so not good if you want luxury

The area around the hotel isn't very appealing, we walked as far as the bus stop. It's a 10 minute bus ride from the metro station and there is a supermarket next door

I stayed at the Hobbit hotel in october 2015. I had a spacious room with balcony and good view of the city quarter at a very good price

Very and I mean very friendly picked up from airport and then asked where nearest place was for cigarettes gave us a lift there

Nice location, just 2 stops from Napoli centre with the "cumana" or with metro im front of hotel. Hotel has a family environment with very kind staff

When were there, they had children running around screaming their heads off at 9AM. The complimentary breakfast consists of heated buns, croissants, and a gooey cake

Its a okay type hotel, poor wifi, the hotel couldnt provide us normal drinking water for 2 days. The support staffs are very friendly. They arranged our day trips which were Awesome.
