You can walk to the historic sites along the sea in 10-15mins. There were a lot of very good restaurants, both serving excellent seafood and pizza

Spacious the authentic art deco feel for us who grew up in the 70s/80s. We had a sea view from the side of the hotel

The room is large and well-equipped. The separate shower and bathtub design is great. The central air conditioning also works properly. There are four elevators operating at the same time

The view is great. The room is very big this year, but the decoration is a bit old. But I am still very satisfied with it. The receptionist in that room has a very good service attitude.

Hotel is located in amazing place at the heart of city. Its easy to reach everywhere by walking distance. Rooms are very clean and they have amazing views

Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us

They even loaned me an electric converter at no charge, since I had brought the wrong one; although with the usb outlets I could have done without it. Plenty of hangers and closet space for two people

This hotel is in the same building as the Naples metro which makes it very convenient to use the metro to get into the center of Naples. We wanted to find a hotel close to the Posillipo are and this hotel is perfect

A wonderful hotel located on the upper floors of the station building. You can go by metro or to the suburbs. A large room with comfortable beds and a bathroom. The breakfast is delicious, although not so varied

A parking lot is adjacent to the hotel so it is very convenient. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, and they served a full breakfast with many selections. This is our third stay in this hotel

The hotel itself is historic, and the interior hardware has been renovated and is very modern, but the standard room part does not have a window (we were assigned room 302 when we checked in)

The rooftop breakfast view is good, but the food quality is not good, and there are a lot of flies. The Italian service staff was lukewarm to us, a kind of politeness to keep a distance

Ctrip customer service confirmed with the front desk that there was no window and compensated us 20% of the room fee within five minutes

The hotel's official website only shows pictures with windows, which is not Ctrip's fault

Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website

And it’s a great place to watch the sunset The only drawback is that the room is a bit small

I have had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Santa Lucia. The location is excellent, right by the waterfront, with beautiful views and easy access to many of Naples’ main attractions

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant and relaxed

The website said complimentary but it’s not complimentary (free). They charged 120 euros for a 12 minute drive. We were told the drive was 30 minutes (which is still a lot and we should have checked it ourselves)

I enjoyed the great cleanliness of our rooms, the outstanding view from the room and a gorgeous breakfast, not to mention the super nice help by the staff in giving us good advice for our Napolitan hanging out

Staff very friendly and welcoming. The made our stay in naples definitivly better. The sea view is absoluty stunning and amazing. Also very close to the port to reach capri.

Fantastic breakfast on the rooftop terrace with truly Italian food, great coffee, and an amazing view over the gulf of Napoli, the Vesuv, and islands. The rooms are not huge, but comfy and always cool

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Miramire. Excellent location, very professional staff, beautiful room and view of the bag of Naples. The rooftop breakfast alone is worth the price of admission

Breakfast on the roof with spectacular views of Vesuvius and Bay of Naples. Being a kiwi was pleasantly surprised to find a stuffed toy sheep in my room. Little touches but appreciated

The chef was terrific, he prepared all meals for us. Our host Juicy made sure everyone was having a good time and all our needs were being met. I highly recommend as the best way to visit the Amalfi Coast

We are a family of 19 and spent 4 nights boating from port to port, sleeping on the boat. We visited Sorrento, Positano, Naples, Capri and Ischia. The kids had a blast jumping off the boat and swimming

Naples is noisy so even on the 8th floor you can hear the traffic a little bit, prepare for that. Reception was friendly, offered 5 centes for elevator, which is free in the evening when you came back from tours

Very nice room with a view of the port. Two minutes walk to the bus stop for the airport and 5 minutes from the Spanish Quarter and the center. Very clean and comfortable.

The property itself was good , well located close to the port. The area around the property felt a bit unsafe though

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food

However, the hotel still worked amazingly well with an amazing service from everyone

There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night

Really lovely staff and amazing rooms. It's in the perfect spot to go sightseeing and shopping. We've been there at least 3 times and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Also the breakfast buffet is amazing!!

The entrance to the meal hall also had a ramp with a seemingly good incline but as I am not fit to give the assumption that it's proper for a wheelchair user, I will stop there

The breakfast was amazing! There would be pictures but it was too good to take picrures of! As I'm lactose intolerant and prefer hot milk with my coffee, the staff would indulge me in heating up lactose-free milk every morning which is incredibly wonderful and helpful of them! The location is near the centre and you can easily walk to some lovely streets and public transportation to go anywhere you...

Really tidy rooms, cozy as well! Lots of room! Our room was adjusted for wheelchair users so if you need those adjustments - you should be well taken care of

Regarding the service, various explanations were given at check-in, but I couldn't understand it in English, so I went to ask the same thing again and asked for an explanation of the ferry ticket office, but everything was done with a smile and the translator didn't bother me

The room is big, it is no problem for four people to stay in it, and it is very clean. The front desk is very polite. I arrived at the hotel early, so I left my luggage at the hotel

However, I chose this hotel because it was said that the area around Naples Central Station was not safe. So it may be said that the neighborhood of Naples Central Station where security is bad is a demerit point

As for the facilities, although there were no toothbrushes or things that were already incorporated, they were generally complete, the room was spacious, and there were many shelves, so it was very convenient to use

The hotel is very close to the historic center, Santa Lucia, the Duomo, Via Toledo, the Maschio Angioino, and Piazza del Plebiscito. The street it overlooks is busy, but the windows are well soundproofed

The rooms are a bit small, and especially those facing a side street require you to keep the curtains closed. The curtains are heavy and make the room dark. The bathroom is small, but well-designed

it's beautiful! The reception staff were also excellent and no request was too much for them. The room and hotel in general were very clean and the room we had was nice, clean and spacious

There's also a small pool / tub at the rooftop if you wish to take a dip

We had lovely service from both the from desk staff and the wait staff. The front desk called us a taxi whenever we needed; our breakfast was delicious every morning and the seating area was so quaint and lovely

Great weekend exploring the treasures of Napoli! Very clean and tidy hotel with excellent staff, specially Romina who did everything to help us organize and plan to explore Naples even in this pandemic time where most of tourist spot were close! She also help us to booked a PCR test, that is very difficult to have specially if you are a foreigner

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is the best, walking distance to all major attractions, really in the centre but the room was still nice. Was a bit I afraid of the street noice but all good
