Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view

The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience

This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient

One of our favorite hotels in the world. We can’t imagine coming to Napoli and not staying in Hotel Vesuvio. From the great location, to the amazing service and delicious food (one of the best breakfasts ever)

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food

However, the hotel still worked amazingly well with an amazing service from everyone

There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night

The location was great, the breakfast was on the roof with beautiful view on the Mediterranean sea, however the staff were not that great.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and pleasant area, away from the crowded city center (yet still within easy reach, a 15-20 minute walk). We wouldn’t hesitate to return if we travel to Naples again

The breakfast was amazing! There would be pictures but it was too good to take picrures of! As I'm lactose intolerant and prefer hot milk with my coffee, the staff would indulge me in heating up lactose-free milk every morning which is incredibly wonderful and helpful of them! The location is near the centre and you can easily walk to some lovely streets and public transportation to go anywhere you...

The rooms were noticeably outdated, but that is about the sole drawback of this hotel. The location/neighborhood is very charming and a relief from the busier parts of Naples

It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries

For that price you should get 5 star service, 5 star rooms. For starters the A/C was terrible. We complained and nothing was done. The front desk just said " Go to dinner. go to lunch" it will be better when you get back

The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples

Hotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately

The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

We stayed at Santa Lucia for three nights before our cruise. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the bellman stored our luggage until our room was ready. When we entered our room we were extremely pleased

The hotel is perfectly positioned along the Bay of Naples. The first impression at the entrance is its elegance and warm, attentive staff. Our room overlooking the Bay was spacious and comfortable

Breakfast was included and the staff there were very attentive. The location right on the water couldn’t be better. There is a long promenade that you can walk. Lots of great restaurants nearby

We arrived at the Smart Hotel via the Alibus from Naples Airport with ease. We stayed the night before our MSC cruise and were warmly welcomed by the concierge team

The hotel is very convenient to reach, few minutes from the Napoli Central Train station. The 2 Metro lines are also very close so exploring the city becomes that much easier. The rooms were clean with adequate space

We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Plenty of hanging,shelves etc

When I enquired about some thing being provided early, even in the room, I was told - NO in no uncertain terms. The place lacked any atmosphere - especially the 'deserted' bar area

Although it's a bit far from the subway station, it's very close to the Spanish Quarter and some attractions, all within walking distance, making it perfect for a trip with friends. The breakfast is amazing.

Are there floors I couldn't see? Also, sometimes the floor sign would say "???" as shown in the photo, which I'd never seen before. When I checked out, the card machine didn't work, so I had to pay in cash

A true gem in Naples! I travelled solo, and I researched a lot of hotels and in the Naples area and this unique luxurious boutique hotel ticked all the boxes, importantly safety as a solo female traveller

It was clean, a lovely well-appointed room, tea/coffee maker with cups and spoons and amenities, hair dryer, toiletries, air conditioning that worked perfectly, comfortable bed(they use Hastens beds/mattresses well known for comfort)

They have an excellent buffet breakfast, wholesome and a variety of hot and cold choices, served on the rooftop with excellent views of Mount Vesuvius, the port, right up to the monastery Certosa di San Martibo on Vomero Hill

The hotel belongs to the core area. There is an indoor parking lot near the hotel for a fee. The breakfast is average and everything else is very good.

Okey hotel The hotel is okay and centrally located, which is a big plus. However, I’m not sure I would consider it a true four-star hotel. It could really use an upgrade, and the cleanliness left something to be desired

The tub in the middle of the room with rain fall shower. The location was superb, right in the centre of Naples in the Spanish quarter with the Umberto Gallery and numerous eateries and bars on your door step

Honest hotel review - 5 nights in the double superior room. A birthday treat for my partner, so I upgraded and by the looks of it we had the biggest suit out of the 9 rooms at this boutique hotel

Things I loved - the size of the room, so spacious and airy, high ceilings and very modern. Loved the wardrobe rail that you pulled down and the bed was very elaborate

Breakfast was good enough but it's a real pity that the breakfast area doesn't have a single window which would make all the difference

That said, I could hear too much from outside the hotel and inside which meant that I was disappointed at how little sleep I got

The hotel is located in a apartment building on the 3rd floor. It can be difficult to identify this building as a hotel, as there is no big signs on the walls. You have to ring the doorbell to get inside the gate

Hotel Il Convento was a wonderful hotel, the best on our trip to Italy. The staff was great. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the Spanish Quarter and convenient to all of the sites. Be warned that it is a busy area with cars and motorcycles driving constantly through the narrow streets.

It's a boutique B&B with unique rooms. The small balcony overlooks the streets of Naples' old town. The breakfast is exquisite. The service is also good. Overall, I recommend it.

In the middle of the iconic Spanish quater yet near to the designer shops and a short walk to the marina and boat terminal. Room was small but exceptionally clean

The front desk hosts were obviously hired for their excellent people skills, and needless to say not every business is as attentive when it comes to hiring quality staff, so the owner of this hotel gets significant credit for showing he knows how to take care of his guests
